We have just returned from a great stay at Hotel Batory. The rooms were really cosy, extremely clean and the shower was great! The staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing, with plenty of variety. It was fresh and delicious and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. A lot of love and care has gone into this hotel and it shows. We would love to stay here again. Oh, and I would love to know the make of pillows used as I had the best nights' sleep ever!

The hotel is perfectly located. Its in a quiet area. Breakfast was plentiful. A big thanks to the warm friendly staff at breakfast each morning, it was appreciated. Room are basic but clean, spacious and the bed & bathroom showers were great. There is tea and coffee room. I would return again, perfect for a trip to Krakow..

This is a standard hotel but nice for what you pay. Theres nothing spectacular or outstanding. Its clean, got nice size rooms, has everything you need and the staff are very friendly. To get to the main square it would take you about 15 minutes to walk to.

Very nice stay, rooms very nice spacious and clean and was made up every day and staff very friendly and polite. Breakfast was plenty and mainly continental with hot food mainly was scrambled eggs sausages and beans but was ample enough for us. Approximately 10-15 minute walk up into the town, main square or the other way down to the river for a lovely walk and or river cruise if you fancy that. Plenty of bars and and restaurants all over (but be mindful quite a few do charge a service charge in and around the square area even if buying just beers) Reason for 4 rating was only thing missing was a bar, not a big issue but thing that could be addressed and could quite easily be placed in where they serve breakfast. All good though and would definitely stay here again for sure.

Good hotel but absolutely shocking unhelpful customer services after requesting assistance with the fact we had no shows in our party, the hotel checks the passports of everyone over 18 so know who attended. Breakfast was good, rooms clean and tidy and we could leave our bags whilst awaiting transport. Wouldn’t stay again but that’s purely as they have been se unhelpful.

Lovely little hotel. Rooms are very clean. The breakfast catered for all tastes. Easy 10-15 minute walk up to the old town, main square or castle.

Perfect hotel for us. It is in a quiet residential area which felt very safe at all times of the day and evening. The hotel building is nondescript and our room was plainly decorated and lacking colour but was perfectly clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, great shower, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer. A 15 minute walk to the centre square. Breakfast was great, in a lovely bright room with friendly ladies clearing tables and constantly replenishing the delicious buffet. Excellent selection of hot and cold foods, something for every taste. I loved the pates and bread. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Hotel Batory
