Please, KEEPER AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It is dirty, it seems like an horror movie abandoned hospital. We had to call to the room service because they DON'T CHANGE THE BED SHEETS when a new guest comes!! I found hair one all the pillows and even footprints on the sheets! Please, look whatever place. Sleep on a bench in he park better.

Hotel is not existing anymore for a year, the fact that it is still advertised on Hotel.com and other plattforms of the Expedia group is a scam.
The staff at the reception of the new hotel that is now based in the building told me, that hotel.com already sent 5 or 6 people there.

This hotel must've been build in 1970 or something close to that. Since then it was no renovated.
Additional star for very cheap rate in Krakow and friendly staff.
TIP: If you visiting on a hot day, room on the north side is a must - otherwise you will be boiling.

The hotel is (at time of writing this) a mess. The floors are dirty, and I wouldn’t trust the showers as well. But among other things I can always appriciate a good staff. All in all if you don’t mind spending a des nights in a worse quality hotel or if you have a tighter budget this is a place for you

Disappointing. Rooms are dirty, dusty and are old. Beds are not comfortable. Got a room with a damaged door, and we got blamed because of that. If you want some spicy emotions, I highly recommend you to visit this "hospital" (it literally says that on the main entrance)

Very dirty and has cockroaches everywhere. Wouldn't recommend

More could be done to help this hotel , it was clean enough but could have done with a helping hand . Bed mattress though had mattress protectors on great ... .. but mattress rock hard ... windows filthy everything basic which reflects in the price ... could do better with just adding little bits .. like water and glasses ... .. wouldn't take much to sort this out .. could be a good mine
