“Filthy, worn-out beds and useless wellness”
The beds are extremely saggy and uncomfortable – you feel like you’re sleeping in a cheap hammock. The steam sauna doesn’t work at all, so if you’re expecting to enjoy a wellness experience, forget it. The indoor pool is freezing cold and dirty, with cloudy water and debris at the bottom. The staff doesn’t care and makes no effort to address any of these issues. For the price they charge, this is an absolute disgrace and a complete waste of time and money.

“Absolutely terrible experience – never again!”
We had a reservation at this hotel and clearly stated in advance that we were coming with a one-year-old child. Upon arrival, we were told they had no baby cot, and the manager coldly claimed there was “no space in the room” – even though there was plenty of room. They showed zero effort to solve the situation and didn’t care at all that a small child would have nowhere to sleep. To make it worse, they refused to refund our money even though they failed to meet the basic conditions we booked. Total unwillingness, zero empathy, and customer service worse than the cheapest roadside motel. If you don’t want to risk your child sleeping on the floor, avoid this place at all costs! Krupa

Don't know how to start. But here we go.
First of all, I’m not sure why there are so many good reviews. Like... is this what humanity has agreed on? That this service is worth the price? Because I don’t get it.
I was stunned to visit this place, it has a pool, sauna, bathtub etc. First of all, after already paying a good amount for a night, we were asked for 100 PLN to use the bathtub. ???
Also, you can't use the dry sauna without extra payments. Actually you can't use anything on outside without payment other than pool.
The pool is downstairs. It's very dark (they probably wanted to make it "cozy" I guess). Also, the pool is small and cold. I didn’t even want to get in. The wet sauna is very small.
It didn’t happen to us, but the fact that the downstairs pool and sauna can be rented privately and if someone rents it, you can’t even use the pool is just wild.
You can feel there’s some kind of caste system here. It’s like "pay to win" you unlock features with money. Not nice...
The staff’s attitude is not welcoming, especially the receptionist. She’s trying to be professional, but while doing so, she comes off as cold and unwelcoming.
Staff doesn’t know English.
Breakfast is just okay. Not many selections, nothing special.
Location is nice there’s a path you can go on a walk (though I don’t think that’s thanks to the resort).
About the room: we rented an 18m2 room for 2 people. It’s not bad, seems clean. The bathroom is nice and spacious. But the ridiculous size of the pillows... When I saw them I thought it was a joke. I’ll leave a picture.
The TV in the room is very bad. I felt like I was watching a movie from the 1960s, just in color.
Rooms are not soundproof, or not soundproof enough. I could hear all the rooms around me when people were peeing, showering, using a hair dryer... Once, I even heard someone taking a dump.
Water pressure drops in the shower when other people are using theirs.
Toilet paper is like sandpaper. If there was an even lower quality toilet paper out there, I’m sure they’d use it.
I would never prefer this place again. Good place for influencers though, it really looks nice in pictures. (That's how they got us.)
If you’re really rich and ready to spend 1000–1500 PLN a day, this could be a good place for you.

For my boyfriend's birthday, I wanted to find a complex located in the forest, so that I could take a steam bath in the evening and warm up in a warm font. And after searching, I found what I wanted. And upon arrival, I was extremely pleasantly surprised.
The room was very clean. We booked a room in a shared separate building (not a lodge).
Breakfast - The buffet was very tasty and varied.
There is also a very thoughtful function - next to the dining room there is a children's room and if the child wants to go and play, the parents will not have to run after him, but they will be able to watch their child in live mode through the screen displayed in the dining room.
Recommendation - book a font almost immediately upon arrival, as there is always a queue for it.
We were satisfied - I recommend this place for rest of soul and body

Nice place close to the mountain paths. Nice breakfast. I went with my dog and they were welcoming animals so I can recommend it for people travelling with pets. Facility is clean and staff is nice, the only flip side is that they don’t really speak English (and some of the employees not even Polish), and the fact that after a certain hour there is no one of the staff at the facility, besides that I can recommend it.

"Forest Bath" is a great place to relax for those who value contact with nature, the proximity of the forest, peace, quiet and good design.
The place is located on the edge of the forest, close to hiking trails, so you can start sightseeing after leaving the facility.
The apartment we rented has a beautiful view from the balcony and bathroom to the forest.
The hosts showed us the facility with hospitality, so we can say that the finishing standard of the apartments is really high and recommendable.
Everything is clean, new, fresh. Minimalist design, with attention to every detail.
We were pleasantly surprised by the sauna in our bathroom and the swimming pool.
We sincerely recommend "Forest Bath" as a good place to relax.

Nice place right next to the forest 🌲🌳 Pool, Sauna, Russian barrel near the forest with hot water, what we needed in case of bad weather. Children delighted ... Nice staff ... surprised us with breakfasts amy We recommend ...

A wonderful place with a view of the forest, beautiful and modern interiors. In addition, the swimming pool with steam bath and sauna in the apartment are impressive. We also used the Russian banya, where you could relax and smell the forest. I recommend this place 100% I will definitely come back here.

A wonderful place for "townspeople" but not only :) currently my favorite place in the Karkonosze Mountains, the facility has a high standard, great location, all possible amenities. A wonderful and real forest, peace and quiet. The perfect place to spend time with children - closeness with nature guaranteed.
