Nice and stylish (Austrian Alps hotel lookalike) place. Rooms are spacious and very clean. And they also look good.
Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, it will be even better if they speak some more english :-)
Hotel is located quite near the "center" (if Karpacz has something like a center) so most of the points of interest are in the walking distance.
I'd recommend hotel pool and sauna. It was awesome and we had used it every day.
Also restaurant was good and we enjoyed every food we ordered.

Very disappointed owner very rude complicated arrogant always present Pool very cold rooms nice but to hot But the service and breakfast fabulous . Love this place in first place but not anymore will not came back Nie polecam tego hotelu właściciel okropny

The room interior is not something that is on their photos: no carpet, tasteless interior ginger furniture, curtains are dirty and not blackout. Staff are very very very friendly and polite, except the lady on the reception with 90s makeup. The territory is gorgeous: geeeeeen, with lots of flowers, citrus trees. The bed mattress is comfortable and big (180 cm width), clean and fresh linens. Would be great if the hotel be eco: please get rid from one-time plastic bottles and soap bars - integrate refill dispensers for liquid products. The breakfast: minimum amount of coocked dishes, but quite good coffee.

Great place built, made and kept with passion and warmth by the passionate owners. Very good food and fine dining during lunch and dinner. Spa area is well kept with a great outdoor sauna hut that has one glass wall overlooking the garden. The rooms are taken care of and the overall quality is very good. The hotel was built around 2008 but got renovated and refreshed during the pandemic.

Lovely hotel. The Christmas decorations were fantastically done. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Quick 5 minutes drive to the slopes, will definitely be back.

Amazing hotel with pool, sauna, gym etc...High comfort rooms with amazing servis. Food is amazing, little bit fancy but really good.

Wonderful hotel. Good location, reasonable scale to stay relaxed, delicious breakfast and great hospitality of the staff. I'd like to recommend.

Everything was OK. Stuff, the hotel itself. Breakfast amazing, very rich choices. Very nice dinner, including desert. 🙈 Room was spacious, clean. Cleaning every day. One thing. Sauna should by turn on enough time before official opening. Because, when opening time is at 4pm and sauna has 50 degrees... It is a pity. 🤔
