As mentioned in the title, the stay was enjoyable. The check-in process was seamless, and the gentleman at the counter was extremely helpful. The restaurant staff in the bar were very polite, and I can confidently say the food there is quite delicious. The rooms are suitable for two people. This is a two-star hotel. You have a clean room, shampoo and gel, a shower, towels, and even tea-making facilities along with water. What more could you ask for? You can also play football and pool. What else can you expect? For the value and quality, you receive more than what many other two-star hotels offer.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are okay - simple but clean. Location is a bit obscure, but it was close to the escape room we wanted to check out.

We arrived at this hotel after making a reservation for several days and being Ibis customers, and they tell us that our reservation is cancelled. A ridiculous person says that there is another hotel 3 kilometers away.

the room was clean and practical. the price was good, but the location is of course a mix bag. you are way out of the main centre but the public transport connection is good and there are couple malls nearby within walking distance. this place gets 5 stars because the air conditioning was great. it ran almost silently and still kept room cool.

The hotel offers a friendly and welcoming reception, although there are no dedicated parking spaces available. This was due to the hotel being fully booked and my late arrival. Nevertheless, the staff were very helpful and even came outside to assist me in finding nearby parking.
The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and relatively small, which is consistent with the typical Ibis hotel style. The restaurant is open until 10:00 PM and features very friendly service along with a good selection of food and drinks.
One minor drawback is the absence of power outlets or charging points by the bed, which feels like a missed opportunity and an area for improvement. On a positive note, the Wi-Fi is very fast and reliable.
Breakfast was average. While Polish breakfasts are usually rich and varied, in this case, it consisted mainly of scrambled eggs and standard dishes.
Overall, this is a good and clean hotel with helpful staff and solid amenities

Hotel in a great location. Close to a shopping center, grocery stores, restaurants and a public transport hub. The room was neat and clean, although it was quite old. Service was impeccable, regular cleaning. A huge plus is that the hotel has filtered water and you can use it whenever you want. Breakfasts were very tasty and varied, as many as 5 different hot dishes and cheeses, cold cuts and various types of bread, as well as sweet snacks and cereals. The downside was that there were no kettles in the rooms to make tea/coffee.
