Located directly next to mangala tram stop, rooms were very spacious and very well priced

Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were extremely small and the beds were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. For the price we paid, we expected much better quality and comfort. In fact, during our trip we noticed that there are plenty of other hotels in Warsaw within the same budget that offer larger rooms, better facilities, and breakfast included. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations at all. I would not recommend staying here.

The rooms are very old and dirty. We had large patches of mold in the room and bathroom. The windows don't close properly, they don't seal well, so there are strong drafts and it's also very noisy. There's construction going on right next to the hotel. The breakfast isn't worth the money. And most of the staff gave us the impression that they were in the wrong profession and didn't enjoy their work. Two of them were also very unfriendly. A disaster!

The room's overall facilities and environment are only average, meeting two- or three-star standards. The surrounding environment is generally quite nice, though a bit noisy.

However, considering the price, the value for money is relatively high.

The service was first-class and excellent.

Incredible hotel with clean and well-maintained interiors. Additionally the room was equipped with a hairdryer, a kettle, an iron with ironing board. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is also a luggage room to keep luggage before/after check-in/check-out.

Recommended best location near by grocery store and restaurant. Regarding hotel room the room was clean and comfortable. Receptionist was very generous and helpful all the time. Quick response. I am quite satisfied 😊

Clean rooms offering excellent value for money. There is an inexpensive restaurant on site, where breakfast is also served. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Conveniently located for both bus/tram and car travel.

Clean and spacious room. there is no air condition. Open buffet breakfast is great there are variety of foods.All tap Water is drinkable. There's a restaurant inside the hotel. A little market and liquor store very close today hotel. Some electric plugs are not working in the room
