Cozy single room. The location is very convenient. I was not very happy with the cleaning of the bathroom. After checking in, I wanted to take a shower, when I entered the bathroom, there were long black hairs lying on the floor. Apparently, after the previous tenants had moved out, the cleaning was weak. And there was no hot water. In the summer, it seems unnecessary, but it did not add comfort. You had to take a shower quickly. But overall, I really liked the room. It looks very cozy. Small. With an exit to the balcony. Refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi - everything is there. A solid four. If it weren't for the cleaning issues, it would definitely be a five.

Great location near the centre and old town both, friendly staff in reception. Clean and comfortable room even for single traveller.

As soon as I checked in, I checked the room and there was a lot of hair on the bed sheets and mattress. I went to the reception and asked to change the room. I asked to see the new room first because I don't want the other rooms to be dirty. The non-English speaking security guided me to the new room. I was trying to check the new room when the non-English speaking housekeeper kept talking to me in Polish and forced me to go to the original room. She was very scary because she was angry. I told her I don't speak Polish and tried to explain the situation with a translation app but the WiFi was weak and the app was not working so I couldn't communicate with her. She called the reception and I spoke to the receptionist in English. I went to check the new room and the housekeeper forced me back to the original room. So I haven't seen the new room properly yet. I explained that I need to see the new room properly before I can decide which room to get. But the receptionist kept asking me which room to get? Are we moving to the new room? and rushed me. The security kept telling me the same thing. I was very scared because the housekeeper, security, and receptionist all blamed me at the same time and asked me which room to choose. I think it's better to talk about this directly, so I went to the reception. You saw the room, right? Why can't you decide? Which room are you going to choose? The two receptionists said to me, "So, I haven't checked the new room properly yet. The housekeeper came and forced me to the old room. I haven't seen the new room yet, so I can't decide which one to choose. I'm sorry, but please don't rush me. I'm a solo traveler, so please stop because it's very scary for you four to rush me at the same time." I saw the new room, but the sheets and mat were also dirty, so I went back to the old room and had it cleaned and it became beautiful. I was very disappointed because I had heard that many of the reviews of this accommodation were old but well-cleaned and clean. And I was really tired of the hotel staff's response because I was scared. When I returned to my room late that night, there was a big spider's corpse on the wall next to the window. Someone had killed it and it hadn't been removed. I tried to remove it because it was in my field of vision when I lay down on the bed, but it was past midnight and it was high up, so I decided to ask the reception the next day. The receptionist the next day was nicer than the previous day and apologized properly for the spider's corpse. Then the staff came right away. He was polite, but I was surprised that he threw the corpse in the shower room where I was taking a shower. He put it on the floor of the shower room where I was standing, not in the drain. I told him not to do that, and he said it was no problem because he would flush it. However, the drain in the shower room did not flow well, and sometimes it would come back. I had already reported that to the reception and asked them to improve it. I don't understand why he didn't throw the spider's corpse in the trash or take it outside the room. After that, a nice housekeeper came, different from the previous day, and cleaned the shower room properly. The receptionist on the second day was very nice, so I felt relieved. I get water every day, so I called the reception to ask for water. I thought they were busy, so I told them I would go and get it, and went to the reception. Then I heard that the security had brought it to my room. I rushed back to the floor where my room was, but there was no security, so I searched the floor. But he was not there, so I gave up and went back to my room, and the water was in my room. I did not expect the staff to enter my room without my permission, and that is a problem. So I told the reception that I do not want them to enter my room without my permission. Usually, hotels have a card to indicate that you do not want to enter the room, but there was no card in my room. I was hoping that there was such a card, and then I found it on the door of another guest's room. When I asked the reception about it, they asked me if it was not in your room? I looked carefully, but there was none. If they have cards, they should prepare them on the inside doors of all the rooms. On the third day, I did not want to be passed by like the previous day, so I went directly to the reception and asked for water. That day, the same staff as the first day was there. Then she spoke to me angrily, "Water? You don't have it in your room?" I had heard that I get water every day, so I didn't understand why she spoke to me angrily. I explained, "I didn't get water today. I heard that I get water every day, so I came to get it." It may be the Polish accent, but some of the staff's facial expressions and the way they spoke made me feel like they were blaming me, and I felt scared. There were many problems, such as dirty hair at check-in, room transfer issues, and spider corpses left behind, and I was very tired. I felt like I wanted to be angry, but for some reason I felt like I was being scolded, which was very disappointing. If they cleaned the room properly, there was no way they wouldn't notice the big spider corpse. I stayed at this hotel because I read reviews saying that it was an old but well-cleaned and clean hotel, but it was a big mistake. At least I checked two rooms, and both beds had a lot of other people's hair left on them.

It's acceptable for just one night; overall, it's alright.
The bed is very comfortable, and basic amenities are available.
The 127 bus stop is nearby, saving you some walking.
The Metro and attractions are also not far away.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel, for the price it seems like an awesome deal, I wish I could’ve stayed there longer!
The hotel is conveniently located next to the river bank, with many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, metro, and other places accessible within walking distance. The view from the window was pleasant, you could see and hear how lively it is in Warszaw.
Regarding the room, everything was surprisingly (I didn’t have high expectations) very clean and neat, from the bathroom to the bed, towels, etc. This room included a TV, small fridge, water, towels, and shower gel/shampoo. Receptionists in the hotel that gave me the key were friendly and helpful.

Cons:
- Couldn’t check in before 2 pm. I booked my room very early in the morning and asked if it’s possible to come earlier. First time one of the receptionists on the phone said that it’s possible if you pay extra (that’s odd), however later the other receptionist said check in is only after 2 pm, so that was a little confusing.
- If you don’t like excess noise from outside, just know that there’s a railroad nearby so sometimes you can hear it passing by. Wasn’t a problem for me though.

Overall, this hotel surprised me and went above and beyond my expectations, highly recommend, will definitely come back and book again!

It’s definitely not a wise choice if you care much about the sound-proofing. If your neighboring rooms are occupied, you could hear clearly the sound of taking a shower, coughing, singing…etc. I personally could bear it if it’s not too much or too late. However one day the person living next to (or above) my room was super drunk at midnight and I could even hear him throwing up in the bathroom…please do think twice before you book from here.

The hotel is very close to the national football / soccer stadium (PGE arena). Shops are also very close. The service is ok. You can buy drinks and snacks at a machine. Do not check in during the shift change.....you must wait.

Easy check in and good location but the bathroom is very small for a single room and the toilet seat was very close to the sink therefore no space for sitting comfortably. People around Warsaw were not friendly, not pleasant and sad , so if you like to experience unpleasant atmosphere and the real
Les Misérables then welcome to Warsaw
