Great modern hotel. Spacious and stylish rooms, nice amenities, underground parking. The bathroom could've been a bit bigger but it's fine.

Quiet, spacious rooms with modern lobby and amenities. Breakfast buffet has average selection, but with iberico ham and quality of food overall is high. The workers are diligent and are always cleaning the tables and surrounding environment.

I booked two days at this hotel, far from everything. I absolutely do not recommend it.

I arrived at the hotel early, and they wouldn't let me check in, claiming there were no available rooms. The weather was very cold. I waited in the lobby, and after an hour, I went back and they asked me for an additional 160 zlotys to let me in early.

The housekeeping service didn't clean the room for two days.

There are no nearby attractions or activities. You must book a taxi, which will be expensive due to the hotel's remote location.

Not far from the airport, next to the train station, the sound insulation is very good, you can hardly hear the sound of the train ~ The hotel front desk is very nice, helped to call a car, and also helped to collect things ~ The overall environment is clean and tidy, and the daily cleaning is also in place ~ Praise the hotel breakfast, the quality is online ~ There are convenience stores such as Little Ladybug around the hotel within a 10-minute walk, and Carrefour Express is a 3-minute walk, which is very convenient for business trips ~

While the location was less than ideal, price was a major factor in selecting this hotel, so our expectations were very low. However, from the moment we walked into the lobby to check-out, it was clear that Mercure Ursus was punching well above its price tag. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the lobby was warm, inviting, and they had used some kind of room fragrance that made the whole lobby smell lovely. Check-in was smooth and uncomplicated. The rooms themselves were perfect; exactly as advertised and very comfortable. The staff at the hotel restaurant/bar were very friendly and professional. The food and drink were unexpectedly excellent. The whole hotel was very clean and well taken care of. Despite the distance from the city center, Mercure Ursus may very well become my first choice for my future stays in Warsaw.

Edit: 4 adults staying for 2 nights in 2 rooms around New Year's.

Visit in December 2024. Very good business hotel. In my opinion, the best Mercure in Warsaw. Close to the city bypass, train station across the street. Very good breakfasts, plenty of choice. This is my next stay, there will be many more. Nice and helpful staff.

Facilities: A very new hotel with complete facilities. The air conditioner is very useful and the whole room is very warm. There is free drinking water near the elevator. The windows are soundproof and closed, and the soundproofing of the room is also very good. The room is big enough. The restaurant on the first floor is expensive but the taste is good. The gym is open 24/7, and you can also drink free sparkling water.
Hygiene: Impeccably clean.
Environment: There is an outlet nearby. If you want to go to the city, take R3/R7 and it will take 15 minutes. It is located in the westernmost part of Warsaw, so it is not so prosperous. The nearest supermarket is Carrefour Express, which has a full range of things.
Service: The service is very considerate and first-class.
