I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location was convenient, and the room met all my expectations. What really stood out was the excellent customer service — the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

I would have been very satisfied with the stay and the room if it hadn’t been for the low temperature in the room. Despite turning the heating up, it was still cold. There were also no slippers in the room, which is unusual for a hotel, and although I asked for them right after check-in, I had to ask three more times before the staff finally brought them in the middle of the night. The hotel’s location and overall conditions were very good.

This was my second time staying here. The location is good, and the rooms are quite spacious. However, it was a bit noisy this time, and the soundproofing wasn't great.

The price of the breakfast varies all the times. The receptionist told me one price when I checked in and  the restaurant was about to charge me another amount which was way higher. I was surprised and disappointed. It affected my plan because of it. The service was not up to 4 star hotel standard.

The rooms are spacious and come with a separate disabled-access bathroom. The hotel breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options. There's a small gym available for workouts. They also have a bar where you can enjoy a drink in the evening.

The hotel was clean and there's a Food Town and various restaurants nearby, but the decor is a bit dated.

The room so big, and clean but have problem with the toilet I don’t know why the closet still have … in inside, we already flush and again and again still have it… after all good

The hotel's location is convenient. A taxi from the airport costs 60 RMB, and from the train station, it's 30 RMB. If you're exhibiting at Warsaw Ptak Expo, a one-way taxi ride will cost around 100 RMB. There are many highly-rated hotels nearby, with Red** just 100 meters away.

The hotel is about 2 km from Warsaw's Old Town, a pleasant 25-minute walk that allows you to take in the sights. The rooms are compact, clean, and tidy, typical of European hotels. Breakfast is quite comprehensive, though it can get busy in the mornings.
