modern 4 star hotel that has the feel of a 5 star and all this at very fair price. Next time I will again prefer to stay with them, unless the pricing changes dramatically. Sunday check out 2 hours for free and given with a smile. This is hospitality. There was a pianist at the lobby on Saturday evening creating a nice and premium atmosphere. One of the things I like in Warsaw, it has everything you want, new, old, history, art, music, nature, bike lanes, esteps and ... superb hotels at low or fair prices.

Good hotel and nice rooms. Enjoyed my stay with them. Good amenities in the room and bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion included. You need to ask for other amenities like shower cap, etc. Still and sparkling water bottles are provided and more can be requested. Breakfast has great choice. The hotel is located near a metro (around the corner on the left). The metro station has shops like a supermarket, chemist (Rossman), McDonald's, Salad bars, other quick restaurants.

The hotel is conveniently located 1.2 kilometers from the train station. It's a decent, appropriately sized hotel with a rich breakfast. The staff were very friendly and their recommendation for a local restaurant was excellent.

A wonderful hotel for a stay in contemporary Warsaw. Its location offers easy access to the city's diverse facets, whether on foot, by metro, or by other means. The breakfast is very good with a pleasant Polish influence.

Location wise its in the business district but a short car ride to central.

Location is great! Rooms are decent and modern, view is also great. The breakfast is outstanding. Enjoyed the stay, calm and quiet. The bar on the top floor is also great with an amazing view.

Excellent Hotel but Customer Service Focused on Proving a Point

Crowne Plaza Warsaw is undoubtedly a very good hotel in a great location. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable, exactly what you would expect from Crowne Plaza. The service is efficient, and I had the pleasure of being recognised as a Platinum member with an upgrade that made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel also offers a strong variety of dining options, with three different places to eat, including a stylish top floor bar. On paper this makes it a very appealing choice for both business and leisure travellers, and for the most part I would recommend it.

However, my experience at the roof bar was disappointing. While the property clearly prides itself on doing things by the book and doing the right thing, I had the impression that proving this point mattered more than genuinely caring about the guest experience. It was not so much a failure of service as it was a lack of flexibility and customer focus, which left a negative impression in an otherwise excellent stay.

For that reason, what could easily have been a five star review is instead a four star one. A very good hotel overall, but I hope that in the future the emphasis shifts from proving the rules are followed towards making every guest feel truly valued.
