Hotel's location is great.We liked: everyday cleaning and unlimited still and sparkling water. Service is wonderful. Drawbacks:absence of free bathrobes and slippers (4*hotel??), kettle wasn't cleaned well (unwashed from citric acid 😡), so please check kettles before using them for your safety.

Our experience at the hotel was simply amazing! We visited to celebrate our anniversary and had the best time from start to finish. The location is fantastic, everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, but Joanna truly stood out! Her warmth, care, and constant smile made us feel right at home. Thanks to her, we’re already thinking about when we’ll come back. A huge thank you for everything❤️

When parking on -1 floor, the way to reception included a very narrow stair, as the elevator didn’t work inside as well we needed to carry our luggage in hand two floors, then travel through corridors to finally get to the reception and when we complained about the poor experience, the service didn’t really emphasize but pushed back stating that its not their fault that the elevator wasn’t working. Although the interior in the lounge, bar and restaurant area was absolutely stunning and luxurious, the rooms didn’t quite fit. Rooms were more simple, bathroom floors cold as hell and on top of all that, unfortunately our bathroom included a ball of hair on the floor and the toilet had been used and not flushed, and was clogged after all. Luckily we did get a room switch and other one was fine. Breakfast, however was super delicious, had huge choice variety and cozy area.

We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago, and nothing has changed. The team is excellent, with impeccable service and attention to detail. The breakfasts are great, and the hotel restaurant offers delicious cuisine. And of course, the location is superb—everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Good experience, the hotel room was clean, heated just perfect, no bad smells. Bathroom very clean also, hot water and great water pressure. Maybe I gave too many details, but these things do a difference for me and this hotel had them all.
Breakfast was great also, a big variety of food and freshly cooked.
Close to center, covered parking for our car, will come back here for sure.

Spacious room, good breakfast, good in room dining, has decent gym. Location is about 10mins walk away from city center. Daily house cleaning not great though because they don’t clean the floors. I stayed there for 2 weeks, I would expect them at least mop the floor once or twice during my stay, but didn’t.

The hotel is at a perfect location and easy to connect to the public transportation. We ordered room service and was very satisfied with it. Initially we didn’t have high expectations but oh my god the food was just amazing! We were too exhausted to go downstairs of the restaurant in the hotel that’s why we ordered room service.
The house keeping lady were very kind and helpful although we couldn’t communicate in English successfully but it doesn’t bother.
The size of the room is just adequate for couples or business travelers.
Pillows were too soft that’s the only disadvantage.
What I love the most is they provide the water machine instead of bottles of water. You can simply fill in the water by yourself at all times. Very nice idea. Well done.
