This hotel is an absolute gem, starting with its excellent location. It is incredibly convenient—just a short, easy walk to the train station, making arrival and departure a breeze. You are also perfectly situated within walking distance of a fantastic shopping center and a great variety of local restaurants, putting everything you need right at your fingertips.
The property itself is beautifully modern and spotlessly clean. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the genuinely good vibes and welcoming atmosphere. The dining space is beautifully designed, and the food is simply outstanding. Highly recommend this place!
Cleanliness: Decent.
Environment: Red rooms and corridors, beautifully decorated.
Service: No service.
However, there are a couple of areas where improvements could be made. The ventilation system in the room wasn’t working properly, which could have been uncomfortable if not for the fact that the windows could be opened for fresh air. Additionally, the TV was essentially unusable for streaming, which might be inconvenient for guests who want in-room entertainment.
Despite these minor issues, everything else about my stay was outstanding, and I would still highly recommend the Mercure Warsaw Centrum to anyone visiting the city. If the vent system and TV functionality are addressed, this hotel would be absolutely perfect.
