When I went to the omelet station, the chef’s attitude was extremely unpleasant. He spoke in his own language instead of English, laughed in a mocking way, and it was very clear that he treated me differently because I am Asian.
I politely asked for all the ingredients, but he purposely skipped the green onions and basil, then kept mumbling to himself in his language while giving me a dismissive look. It was honestly humiliating and made me feel very unwelcome.
During my entire trip in Poland, I never experienced any discrimination — everyone else was kind and respectful. This was the only moment that made me feel truly uncomfortable, which is why I decided to write this review.
Please take this issue seriously. We are living in a modern, open-minded world, and discrimination of any kind should no longer exist — especially in a hotel that represents Polish hospitality. I truly hope the management addresses this and ensures respectful, equal treatment for all guests.
