That’s why it is very expensive - other Warsaw hotels offer a better value for money ratio.
The room was quite small but comfortable.
The breakfast was tasty and with good variety - I recommend potato pancakes with mushrooms.
The swimming pool quite small, good steam room and Sauna. The reclined chairs in the sauna resting area could be more comfortable.

Hotel bar is constantly busy , they should keep 2 tables at least to hotel guests , suite guests.
Late turn down doesn’t provide same quality as cleaning in the day.

With its attentive staff, impeccably clean rooms, and comfortable beds, my experience was excellent.
I stayed in a big, comfortable room with stunning views of the Presidential Palace, which added to the overall charm of my stay. On another occasion, there was a problem with my junior suite, and they upgraded me to a suite that was very spacious and comfortable, with views of the interior of the hotel.
The hotel provides a wide array of amenities, including a small warm pool, sauna, gym, and spa, ideal for relaxation after an intense day of tourism or work.
In addition to the excellent room service, there are plenty of food and drink options nearby, giving visitors ample opportunities to explore local flavors.
Is maybe a little small by some standards, but I think still very nice. It’s an old hotel so smaller
rooms are to be expected. Bathroom however is spacious and includes a bidet. Shower is great with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Furnishings are very classy and the bed is extremely comfortable. The tv is big but although there is supposed to be some
Chrome cast functionality it doesn’t seem to work. Staff are extremely kind and professional. The surrounding area is very beautiful and each restaurant has been great.
One of the most memorable details was the distinct, elegant floral scent that greeted us in the lobby and lower floor—just perfect and added to the overall ambiance of the hotel. We especially enjoyed the drinks at the Column Bar—perfect cocktails in an elegant setting. Every detail of this hotel adds to its charm, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Warsaw!
