Really central location, we were able to visit Warsaw by foot. Room was large and we really enjoyed spending time in the swimming pool.

My parents were scheduled to arrive in Warsaw on the 19th, with their flight landing at 07:30 AM. As my father holds a Classic membership, we fully understood that early check-in would not be guaranteed. To ensure their comfort after a red-eye flight, we proactively booked an additional night (18th–19th) so they could check in early and avoid waiting until the standard check-in time of 15:00.
Despite this, when they arrived at the hotel around 09:30 AM, they were informed that the booking had been marked as a no-show. This was particularly concerning, as the late arrival had been communicated in advance and an online check-in had also been completed. The manner in which this situation was handled was disappointing, with the staff conveying that accommodating them was a favour rather than a service already paid for.
After a prolonged wait, they were eventually assigned a twin-bed room, which did not meet expectations. They were also informed that the hotel was sold out and were then offered a “solution” in the form of a paid upgrade to a presidential suite.
I would like to emphasise that an additional night was booked specifically to ensure a seamless early arrival experience after a long journey. It is therefore extremely disappointing that, despite this, my parents faced inconvenience and were treated in this manner.

Nice stay! Location nicely between new/old towns. Our room had an issue with AC which made loud noise on two mornings which woke us up. We had to change rooms, bu service related to this was a bit of a hassle and no proper communication.

The stay was nice overall. The staff tried their best to accommodate our requests, and the housekeepers were friendly despite having some difficulty communicating in English.
However, there are some points that disappointed us:
- There was bottled water labeled "still water" in the room, but it was in fact sparkling. We had to call the front desk every day to get actual still water.
-The kettle wasn’t working and actually gave my partner an electric shock. It could have ended very badly.
-The shower water was either boiling hot or ice cold; there was no in-between, so we couldn’t enjoy a relaxing shower.
- I know that the hotel values sustainability; however, I accidentally spilled some ketchup on the bed. I placed the card stating "if you want the bedding changed, put this note on the bed," but to my surprise, the sheets were not changed after housekeeping, and the stain was still there.
- The heater/AC was VERY LOUD
- And our biggest deception was the fact that the pool was closed and we didn’t get notified at all about it, we chose this hotel over another one because we wanted to try it.
