The room was well equipped with coffees and hot chocolates. Staff brought up extra when we requested it.
I mentioned on booking that it was our anniversary and when we entered the room we found a bottle of champagne and a cake. It was the most lovely gesture I've ever received from a hotel. We will definitely be back!

Reception was not always available by phone.
Staff was always very friendly.
Lobby bar was closed for renovation and the whole lobby was being renovated, so the entrance area did not feel like an InterContinental or 5* hotel at the moment.
We ordered room service, which was very nice. Rooms are a big and cozy, big bathrooms, separate shower and bathtub is great.
The gym and spa in the top floors is amazing.
