The room was in some kind of annex( another building ), absolutely not like in the photos. Uncomfortable pillows and bed.The shower was extremely small and everything was totally old with torn bed linen( at the picture).

The hotel doesn't live up to its stated star rating. They charge a 300 zloty deposit per night, which is a hefty amount for a long stay; no other five-star hotel in the world has this.
We had to ask for our room to be cleaned twice: at 3:00 PM (which is unusual, considering it hadn't been cleaned by then) and again at 4:00 PM, even though no one had planned to clean it by then!
In my opinion, the hotel needs to change its policy; they can't survive on just a name; they need to offer services befitting a five-star hotel.

Nice, chic hotel but not 5-Star experiece
The design of the building and rooms is very nice. The experience though otherwise was just okay. I think of staying at a nice hotel like this to have really amazing service and going above and beyond. This was average. We went for a drink in the sake bar one night and they didn't have any ingredients for any of the signature drinks? Or the bartender just didn't want to. Also didn't have wines on the list. It really was a subpar experience for something labeled as 5 star. Design is chic and nice but really isn't an experience, in my opinion.

My stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. The food deserves special mention – it was varied, fresh, and truly delicious, definitely above average. The rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean, which made the stay very comfortable. I also really liked the atmosphere and decor of the hotel – cozy, stylish, and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would happily return again.

What a beautiful hotel. From the moment you walk in it feels grand yet warm and welcoming. We dined for dinner for my wife's birthday with family. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne which was a beautiful gesture. We shared an abundance of the most flavoursome and amazing food we have eaten. The staff were so friendly and hospitable and so accommodating and knowledgeable. We tried everything from the tacos to seafood dishes, crispy shiitake salad amongst so many more. And WOW every dish was perfect. Perfect balance and flavours, perfect presentation. Would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Added bonus is child friendly which means the whole family can enjoy. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole night and would eat there daily if we lived there! Thank you to all the staff for making our night and experience perfect.

One of the best experiences. I'm sure I'll be back once traveling to Warsaw. Clean, quiet suite, with everything you need to rest. Super kind and friendly receptionists. Nothing to add, nothing to change. Just simply book another day here :)

Amazing food, impeccable service. Have eaten at Nobu in different locations around the world and this was the best experience. The attentiveness of staff was next to none. The food was beautifully presented and the flavors were perfectly matched. Our grandson was looked after like a king, coloring pencils and paper and for a 2yo he sat the whole time enjoying the meal and could not get enough. Being a birthday I was presented with a personalized dessert which made my night. Could not fault both the front of house staff or the mouth watering dishes that came from the kitchen. The hotel itself is stunning and welcoming. Centrally located and easy to find. Highly recommend everyone to go. We will be back next time we are in warsaw. Congratulations to all the staff well done in making our visit one to remember.

I’ve stayed in Nobu hotel Warsaw with my 1.5 year old son, and it was perfect! We stayed in the older, original part of the hotel, and the room was very elegant and charming. The staff prepared a cot for the baby, his little own bathrobe and a Nobu teddy bear. It was just adorable and we felt like home. The entire hotel team was very helpful and attentive to our every need, from reception to housekeeping. We had several meals in the restaurant too. During breakfast, the team was very accommodating to prepare food for my little one without seasoning. They offered a high chair as well, of course. The food is spectacular as always, whether it was a breakfast, lunch or dinner, from which we had each several times during our stay. If you’re questioning whether the hotel is little kids friendly, it’s an absolute yes and I recommend with all 5!

Too expensive for what you get.
The room looks nice but feels like any other hotel chain. Except for a very strong perfume that is apparently sprayed everywhere and even sold there which I haven’t noticed that strongly in other chains.
You get the cheapest one layered toilet paper for example which is ridiculous for the prices that you pay per night.
The sauna area is not really shown if pictures for a reason. It is tiny and made for 2 people to use. The gym was probably furnished by someone who never uses a gym. Good enough to hop in a treadmill but that’s it.
Other guests above our room were blasting very loud techno music for days but nobody really seemed to bother. Sound isolation is average at best.
