The room was OK, although an executive room still came with a shower not a bath. BUT - the AC in the hotel wasn't working due to "winter season". The room was extremely stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep in. And when it came time to take shower and get ready - it was absolutely horrible since we had to get sweaty all over again as soon as we got out of the shower. When asked, the staff just suggested we "open the window" - one facing a very busy road.
Overall staff attitude was awful and we were constantly made feel like a nuisance.
Breakfast that cost 27 pounds per person was miserable. Interior of the hotel is worse than a hospital. Absolutely miserable place to stay and a waste of money indeed.
