On 11/30/2024, on a Saturday night, I went to the hotel to find out if there was a free room for one night because I missed my train. The woman at the reception was very arrogant and rude. I felt very bad. Very disappointing service from the first time you enter the place.

I do not recommend, run away!

Positives: great location and comfortable bed, JUST!

Hotel is in a kind of alley, on a street with pubs and hostels.
The corridors of the rooms look like deposits, it is with baskets of pillows and dirty bedding all the time. The carpet in the room and the upholstery of the sofa and chair full of disgusting stains, I didn't have the courage to sit down, the TV doesn't work, there is no air conditioning. And the internet just stops working out of nowhere and when it does it is extremely slow.
I sent a message to the hotel informing my arrival time and they replied that the reception was open 24 hours, but there was no one when I arrived, just a sign with a number that I called and it started ringing at the reception itself, the attendant arrived a while later and was not at all friendly (all the staff is not kind at all, none of them is keen to help, but the rudest is the young blond guy who is on the night shift). In fact, of the 4 nights I stayed, I only saw people at the reception. In two moments, the rest never had anyone.
the room was dirty there was even used toilet paper lying next to the bed.
The hotel does not have security, as there is no one at reception most of the time, entry is free, anyone can come and go, and even when miraculously there is an attendant at reception there is no control over people entering and leaving.
In summary, it is not worth staying in this place just because of the location, which is really good!

If you drive don't go to this hotel. I wasted almost 2 hours over parking... Room are correct.

It is very center. Rooms are small. The room has basic standart. Roughly, no internet

Shower drain was clogged so the bathroom flooded after having it on for only a minute, bar next-door is obviously going to be loud but the windows are hopeless when it comes to sound insulation. Wi-Fi never worked at any point during my stay, only once did I see a receptionist when I checked in and worst of all I woke up with a bunch of suspicious looking bites all over my body which could very well be bedbugs. Avoid this place.
