Description

Ibis Styles Warszawa Centrum is a modern 3-star hotel built in 2018, offering a range of room types from Standard Single and Double rooms to Superior Double and Family Suites. Guests will find clean, stylishly decorated rooms with firm beds and air conditioning, though some have noted temperature control challenges in certain seasons. The hotel provides free WiFi, free parking, and complimentary bike rentals, along with amenities like a restaurant, bar, tennis court, and meeting facilities. Families can benefit from kid meals and a small toy box in the lobby. Service is generally praised for friendliness and efficiency. The hotel caters to guests traveling with pets for a fee and offers express check-in/out. While the rooms are comfortable, some guests find the mattresses too firm or the room size tight, especially for families needing extra beds or cribs.

Location

Located at st. Zagórna 1a in Warsaw, the hotel is approximately 8 km from Frederic Chopin Airport and about a 10-15 minute bus ride or 30-minute walk from the city center and Old Town. It is near the Vistula River and just 220 meters from Cypel Czerniakowski beach. The hotel sits in a quiet residential area close to multi-way bridges and highway intersections, which can make public transport access a bit tricky with luggage. The Legia Warszawa stadium is nearby, making it a convenient option for football fans. Lazenki Park, a major green space, is also within easy reach by foot.

Tips

  • Book breakfast early to avoid crowds, ideally before 8am.
  • If you are sensitive to room temperature, ask about the current heating or cooling settings before arrival.

Unfortunately, it was quite cool in the room. I would like a warmer room in January.

You get what you pay for. Nice clean rooms. Good size shower but needs more space for hanging your clothes. Breakfast was poor by other ibis hotels. Staff very good. Location is a good 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre and old town. That is not a bad thing as we enjoy walking

Very nice, quiet area. Walking distance to small a few shops. A nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

This was a nice hotel with a great breakfast. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and roomy. Only drawback is that it is a little off the beaten path and you have to walk a bit to catch public transit. But I would stay here again on a future visit to Warsaw.

The rooms are of a decent size and comfortable and the food is also great. My only complaint is the rooms were ridiculously warm with no way are reducing the temperature. I was in Warsaw to run the marathon on 28th September so wanted a relaxing sleep before the run. However, I attempted to adjust the air con to cool the room but it was pumping out very hot air. I rang the reception and was advised that only 2 days prior the hotel had switched the air con to only pump out hot air due to the change in season, therefore the only way to lower the temperature was to keep the air con turned off, but the room was still way too hot and the window could not be opened. Ultimately I didn't sleep as well as I could have done if the room had been cooler.

The hotel facilities are very new and comfortable. I loved the drinking water filters on each floor, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast.
The location is a bit tricky if you don't come with a car as the hotel is in the middle of residential area and next to multi-way bridges and highways intersections, making it challenging to locate the bus and carry your suitcases. So I would not recommend it if you have heavy suitcases and do not wish to use taxis/Uber.

+ The staff very friendly and supportive. I asked for an extra pillow and was immediately provided it
+ The breakfast is tasty and diverse. Very good coffee.
+ The rooms are clean and the bed comfy

To the bad:
Make sure you do not get one of the red and yellow rooms.
They’re very aggressively decorated with many colours and stripes that caused me significant headache and made it nearly impossible to relax in the room.
I arrived late and was tired, so didn’t have the energy to ask to change rooms, given that I also only was there for one night.
But I would not have been able to handle another night in this overstimulating room.

My colleague was in a teal and grey room, which was lovely. The problem really is the red and yellow.
Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!
Think about what you would like to know if you were looking for a review about a place to relax. Please describe in detail what you liked and what you didn't. What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!
