Excellent location. Wide selection at breakfast. The room was clean and adequately equipped. The only downside was the fluctuating water temperature in the shower (it spontaneously turns hot). The staff were very friendly.

A clean and comfortable stay. Opposite the Christmas market. Tea and coffee in the room. Nice downstairs social area.

Excellent facilities marred only by the constant drumming from the festival activities opposite the hotel with a view to the National Arts Centre.
10-15 Minute walk to Railway Station.
Left luggage facilities were used prior to checking in after 3:00pm which enabled City Tour Bus which commences close to the Hotel - Tourist information Centre in the Cultural Centre opposite the Railway Station

very nice location, very kind stuffs, cleaned room. But one thing that's unfortunate is that the water pressure is too low.

Great location. Clean and comfy room. Although it was said that room is soundproof, we could hear everything that was happening behind the doors and above us. Breakfast was really good. Parking little bit expensive, but i guess for city centre that's acceptable.

Nice stay, good value for money. Good location to train station but not to the heart of warszawa but has good transport links to get there. There was a bit of a smell in the room but we were there only one night so didn't bother mentioning it. Hotel had spare rooms so we could pick if we wanted a room high up or not.

Chic hotel at the main street of Warsaw, extremely well connected by public transport (tramways, bus and metro) with the old city and Chopin Airport. Comfortable rooms correctly equiped with kettle, tv and shower cabin. Amazing breakfast for a 3 star hotel, really above some 4 star ones with a huge array of products from a lot of eggs dishes to pieces of pie, sausages, cheeses, different hams and salads.

Very conveniently located hotel. Yes, structure tells its older age, and the check-in took a bit too long by the trainee but that wouldn’t bother me that much. What was unacceptable was that my non-smoking room smelled of smoking and the water supply in the shower couldn’t keep its constant temperature and oscillated quickly from too hot to bare to stone cold.
