Nice location, close to the park and metro station. Good value for money.

Nice place to stay for few days, exactly what we needed. Maybe a little bit not happy with the food, but actually not bad service. For little trips, highly recommended.

I visited this place related to a meeting so ignore the rooms assessment. This hotel with meeting rooms is located somewhat outside the centre and therefore maybe undervalued. Restaurant area has a somewhat older typical PL flavour and providing a feeling of luxury; nice. The outdoor seating area is modern and very attractive. Sufficient parking and easy to reach. Meeting room also very convenient.

I t was first time in Holiday Park Warsaw. I enjoyed staying there. The hotel is clean and rooms are good. Also enough park place front of the hotel. Breakfast was enough good. Also, there are some tables front of the hotel in the garden. You can smoke and drink.

The hotel itself is average, a bit worn out but they make efforts to maintain it and it is perfectly ok for a short stay. Breakfast absolutely correct, front desk efficient, good wifi. Single beds are ... single beds that is narrow and thus not that appealing to me but mattresses are ok. Big pluses, very cheap and basically the single option if you have business to do at the nearby (20 min by foot) university. Big minus, very far from the city if you're there for any other reason.

Pluses: - The room was exceptionally clean and all the surfaces were shiny. - I could check-in earlier. - On the arrival day, there was a welcome bottle of water in the room, and on the second one after the room service I found two new bottles. - They provide napkins for cleaning shoes in addition to toiletries. - Nice and cozy outside territory. - Pleasant music in the hall way. - Several grocery stores nearby. Minuses: - The walls seem to be so thin between the rooms that I could sometimes hear some neighbours. - The pillows were bit thin for me.

bed was comfortable, but the shower was full with water and the room have weird smell. the buffet was delicious.

Terrible experience!
Almost everything in the room was dirty and disgusting. That's a big NO from me.
Also, during my stay there, the hotel hosted an event (wedding??). The loud music didn't stop until very late at night, so it was impossible to sleep. On top of that, a drunk man knocked my door, blowed smoke into my face, grabbed my hand and tried to get into my room. Luckily I pushed him back quickly and locked the door but I felt really Unsafe! When I reported that to the guy in the reception he was extremely rude to me and just ignored me.
I do not recommend this hotel at all!

Lovely outdoor area, were you could relax and watch the world go by.
The Head waiter was so good, smiling, so happy, delivered amazing service, I unfortunately have forgotten his name, however he did tell us that hi family were in Rzeszow.
