It is a solid, reliable Hotel right in the heart of the city. The location is excellent—just steps from the main train station and close to shops and attractions. Rooms are clean, modern, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast offers a decent variety of hot and cold options which is a big plus. Service is friendly and efficient. Always a good choice!

The hotel is centrally located, in the immediate vicinity of the main train station. There are bus and tram stops near the hotel. The staff is very friendly, and the bed is comfortable.

Great location and a modern facility. Management of the bar/lobby venues is a bit unusual. I never had maid service for the four days I was there and there was no postings about "call for service" needs.

Check-in was very smooth – Yulia at the reception was super friendly and efficient, and we were in our room in no time. The location is one of the best, right in the very center of the city. A big plus is that breakfast was included in the price, with a good variety of options to choose from. Everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay. Another advantage is the late check-out until 12:00, which was very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel!

A quality hotel that undoubtedly respects the Hilton brand. There is parking and breakfast with a rich menu and a drinks bar with a variety of dishes. The rooms are large and spacious. The staff is courteous and professional and most importantly, smiling. The location of the hotel is perfect! In the city center, within walking distance of the large shopping mall and the central station. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very bad service! I’ve booked two rooms with king size beds, at the time of our arrival at the hotel they told us that there aren’t any rooms left and they forwarded us back to another Hilton hotel at the airport. We had to travel 15 minutes by car again, then at the next hotel they told us that they don’t have two king size bed rooms, and they gave us two single rooms with two separate beds, on the same cost as the king size ones….

I’m not going to visit Hilton hotels anymore for sure!
