Hotel is nice and clean. Location is ok. Housekeeping service needs to be improved. Despite two days asking at 8am if my room could be ready before 1pm, both days they forgot to clean my room. Breakfast is good.

I stayed at the Portugal Boutique Hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the amenities provided throughout the hotel were excellent. My room rate included breakfast, which featured a variety of hot options, different pastries, an in-house bakery, and a cold section with meats, fruits, juices, and yogurt. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like a refilled glass bottle of water and in-room coffee. Twice during my visit, I received special treats delivered to the room—once a small bottle of local alcohol, and another time, traditional Portuguese egg custard tarts. The hotel’s location was ideal—very close to public transit, including the metro, and within easy walking distance of many major sightseeing spots. The only consideration is that some noise from the nearby metro can be heard in the rooms, which might be an issue for light sleepers. That said, I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located, with all city attractions within walking distance. There's a large supermarket nearby, which is very convenient, and bus route 28 stops right across from it. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, though the bread was cold. They offer daily turndown service with complimentary wine, snacks, and unlimited bottled water. The bathroom was spacious, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

The location of the hotel is so great and it is clean. It offered us complimentary portuguese egg tart and chocolate. We also receive a complimentary welcome drink at the bar. The front desk is very helpful and able to give me some tips where to go and advise us on how to get to the destination.
And it is not noisy even though it is close to the busy district area. It is safe and very easy to get back to the hotel at night from the main attraction area.

Fantastic hospitality from the staff. We didn't need anything special other than PCR arrangements, but everyone - from the front desk to the restaurant - was a step ahead in making us feel comfortable and looked after whenever we came. The room was amazing too. The location is very central. Parking was tight, but not a problem if you don't have a big car and a little patience :)

The hotel staff is nice to upgrade us for a bigger room 214. However, we could hear the sound from the metro every few minutes throughout the night.

Great location. So easy to find/access, if you arrive by train / plane, then metro or taxi.Very central also very quiet (specially on upper floors). Every staff is helpful and friendly. Delicious breakfast served on the first floor. Rooms are very nice with great closet space (better than other Rossio hotels in the area). The bathroom and shower are both amazing. Highly recommended!

Beautiful rooms with amazing and luxurious interiors. I loved the large rooms and comfortable king sized beds. Initially we were put into a really noisy room that we could feel the vivrations of the train, but we asked to switch and were upgraded to very spacious and quiet corner room. We loved everything about it! Staff were very friendly.

The brealfast was aess - instead of putting it out for self serve, the staff had to tale orders and bring out juices, breads etc. They could hardly handle even thoigh there were verg limited tables so the wait can get too long which is unnecessary. Hotel needs to improve on this.

Small, cozy and low key with very good and efficient wait staff. Some of the staff speak good English and are very happy to assist you with the menu.
The restaurant would be classed as basic by some people, but the food and experience are well worth it.
The menu is not comprehensive, however the food we received was of a very good standard. The prices are quite low considering the quality of the food. Wine and food for 2 people was less than €30.

Decent food. Service could be improved... We ordered a 2nd bottle of wine, it took a long time for it to be brought to our table. By that time dinner was over and we cancelled the order, yet the server still insisted that we should pay for it despite the fact the bottle had not been opened yet. We did not pay for it in the end, but it was annoying. Bathroom needs an extreme makeover and some serious cleaning.

One of the best meals we had in a long time. Great service, friendly staff and a good cook! I wish we had a restaurant like this back home.

Overpriced (average dish price 30 eur, for such price I would normally expect chefs compliments for free as well as bread), average food (tasted as it was warmed up, restaurant is overrated, not impressed. First time google rating was misleading.

Old-world atmosphere and elaborate service. But to what end? The food is bland. The prices are crazy by Portugal standards (34 euros for a seafood entree plus you'd have to order vegetables on the side for another 10-16 euros). At 9 pm on a weekday the restaurant had a 100% tourist clientele (mostly Asian-Americans). The food actually doesn't seem Portuguese. More like "continental" food as would have been done in the 1950s in a U.S. city.
