Very satisfied. The bathroom is very clean. The bedroom is simply decorated. There is also a TV to watch. There are mirrors everywhere. I like it ~ You can turn around and it will stink. Very close. It's a shame when I arrived on the first day. No photos, now the room is a bit messy and it's difficult to take pictures. There is a bar downstairs. Highly recommended

We travelled to Lisbon for a 3 day stay, and wanted a hotel with a great location and a good price. The Vincci Baixa was everything we could have wished for. Clean, comfortable and friendly helpful staff. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere and the hotel as our central line was perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

A really great hotel with fantastic staff and close to all the tourist hotspots. We truly recommend this lovely hotel.
We want to thank the hotel staff who were both excellent and friendly, and helped us contact the airline about our luggage which hadn't arrived during our trip!
The only thing that perhaps could be improved was the breakfast. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was fresh and tasted good, but it wasn't as large and varied as one would expect from such a nice hotel.
But still, 10 out of 10.

Very helpful staff especially Diago. Good service , veey good location close to down town and river to enjoy the sunset , sheets and room cleaning need to be improved

The room was a bit small and old, but the location was excellent! Breakfast was mediocre.

The hotel has a good overall location; it's in the center of Lisbon. The room was clean. There was just a slight problem with the power outlets in the room. The information was shared, but we didn't hear back from the hotel.

It is located on a flat area in the hilly Lisbon and has easy access to transportation. It was close to Plaza d'Comercio and Time Out Market. The breakfast buffet has a small selection but is delicious. It helped me make good memories in Lisbon.

The location is really close to the Augusta Arch
and there is a tram stop number 28 nearby

The Christmas tree installed in front of the Augusta Arch is also nice

Terrible atending. The man who attended my boyfriend and I seems to have something against brazilians. We wanted to order the food of the day and while I went to the loo, the waiter served an entrance and when my boyfriend said we wanted the food of the day he started retiring all the dishes and the menu out of his hands saying there wasn't that order. We could have ordered another plate but he was too rude we left the restaursnt upset and hungry. Don't go there.

45 minute wait. Another hour wait for two salads. My salad consisted of mixed greens, deli turkey slices and mass produced vinaigrette. The other "entree" was a slice of bread with pre-frozen shrimp that were supposedly marinated topped with cherry tomatoes and red onions. There was one gentleman working who made the whole experience worth while, he offered us another seat because we were sat next to smokers and checked on us a few times. Waited another 15 minutes for the bill that never came and waited at the counter for an additional 5 minutes to pay. I really hope that this was just a bad day because in my 2 months being in Europe, this was by far the WORST food I have eaten.
