Absolutely beautiful property and perfect hotel for our honeymoon! Our driver Bruno, was fantastic and entertaining.

Very satisfied with this hotel, whether it is the room, service or breakfast. Our room is on the first floor, directly connected to the small garden, and has its own parasol and chairs. The breakfast is rich and there is a pianist playing. There is a real fireplace to warm up. Of course, the room is not cold, but it feels great

It is recommended to add a description of whether there is a bathtub in the room type. I originally wanted to take a bath and thought there was a bathtub, but later I found out that I did not book a room with a bathtub. It was a pity~

It is worth staying. The hotel is in a great location, luxuriously designed, the rooms are very clean, and the receptionist is very enthusiastic! There is also music performance at the hotel breakfast, which is great!

the positive: Receptionists are very friendly, they really understand the hospitality concept, it's clean and well located if considering close to Praça do Comercio.  Neutral: Breakfast is not expensive but it's very simple, can keep you full but keep in mind it's simple. The negative: the room is tiny, not possible to keep the curtains open, the next building give you no privacy, someone was playing...

I was particularly pleased with the reception staff at Stay Hotel. They were all friendly and helpful, especially giving good advice about how to travel to location sites. I would recommend the hotel to anybody to stay at.

Asked reception for milk to make tea. Was told in Portugal they drink black tea. And cannot have milk.

Staff were excellent and could not do enough for us, very knowledgeable and friendly, The room was a good size with plenty of storage, bed was huge and very comfortable , breakfast each day was also excellent with plenty to choose from. Location of the hotel was on a steep hillside so a certain degree of fitness was required. Would definitely recommend this hotel .

Modern hotel with very tasteful decor. The staff are very, very friendly and attentive. The hotel is right in the center of Alfama, with no public transportation other than taxis/private hire vehicles. The street is quiet, but there are a few tourists and locals late at night. The hotel is on the mountain. If you have large luggage, please take a taxi to the hotel! Attractions such as the Abbey of St. Vincent, the Pantheon, and the Castle of St. Joseph are all within a short walk. The No. 28 tram stop is 100 metres away. It was a great experience. The hotel is located along tram No. 28🚃, at the corner of the slope. Although the neighboring hotels are very close, it felt like a part of the city at the time, which was very friendly. The hotel room is quite big and the sanitary services are good. The overall stay is quite good.
