The hotel is excellent, great value for money, and has a good location. It's clean and tidy, practically impeccable. The hygiene is also good, and the breakfast selection is plentiful. I would definitely stay here again.

The facilities are a bit old, like the peeling floorboards and decayed paint on the doorframes, but overall it's still acceptable. If you're sensitive to noise, avoid booking the most basic room type, as there can be some noise from the trains at Ostbahnhof.

Lovely hotel! We stayed for 4 nights in the twin room. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean with all amenities that may be needed. Very close to Parque metro station and well placed for AIMA appointments. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel's location is excellent, just 200-300 meters from both the yellow and blue metro lines. There's a supermarket on either side, and it's within walking distance of El Corte Inglés, so overall, the transportation is very convenient. The hotel is in a great location, when i booked the room i thought i booked a queen size bedroom for single use (as shown in the picture), but when i receive the room it was a single bed room, which is fine; but if i know that I am getting a single room i would not pay the same amount; so i think the photo was misleading. It's an okay hotel, but overall, I think the average rating is too high. Planes do fly right over the hotel, but it's not particularly annoying. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. I would have liked more toiletries in the room—hair conditioner, body lotion, toothpaste, etc. There wasn't enough tea or coffee making facilities in the room either.

Without box tissue provide at the room. Not enough power socket area at the desk area. The toilet is small and not convenience to hold anything inside.

Very comfortable and clean basic bedroom within a shared apartment unit including a kitchen. Communication with property manager was excellent and he was able to arrange an early check in which was greatly appreciated after an overnight red eye flight.

Spent a night here on a break in Lisbon. Might have been the best mattress I've ever slept on, seriously! This hotel also has great (and rare), under ground parking in a city where parking is sparce! Close to great restaurants, and some great tourist spots.

Amazing hotel, in a great area with authentic restaurants at the top of the hill and designer shops at the bottom. The hotel is actually better than the pictures, room is very spacious the pool and sauna is lovely and the downstairs area is nice to do some work if not a tad noisy at times but I like the background noise :)

Great place to stay. Location is great with direct access to the city, metro, busses, all next to the hotel. The private parking garage is a great when you have a rental car. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of everything. Highly recommended!

This is a budget hotel. The room was newly renovated, and there was a faint smell of renovation when I first checked in, but after turning on the air conditioning, it was gone by the next day. There's a supermarket within a 2-3 minute walk, and a large El Corte Inglés shopping mall is about a 6-7 minute walk away, which makes life very convenient.

We booked a triple room which had one large bed and one small bed. The room came with a kitchen and a mini-bar, and the heating was excellent. There was complimentary coffee and water, and the room itself was very spacious. It also had two tables for dining.

The room is nice and quite big, but the air conditioning is not cooling enough, the facilities are a bit old, and the main switches are not very flexible. The location is OK, and you can walk to the subway station.

Spacious room, well cleaned everyday, 20min uber from airport. Hair dryer was pretty strong. Just note it’s on a uphill slope if you’re planning to walk or commute by public transport. Spacious room, decent price and great location. There’s no charging points by the bed which is really inconvenient after a long day. And the room got really hot which they couldn’t fix; window wouldn’t stay open so they gave us a towel to fold and keep at the window. Definitely not a 4 star stay

This apartment style hotel is located at a residential area. So it depends on what you want.. Quiet and peaceful area definitely a good place for accomodation. Subway station aint too far away to get to the more popular areas. Tram stations available too.. so it is not a bad location afterall. Room is big, comfortable and clean. I booked this hotel mainly because of its specific location, as I had a day tour meeting point near the park next door. Overall, it's a solid hotel, but in the Avenidas Novas district, there are definitely better 4-star hotels with a similar or slightly better value for money.

Staff was amazing! Great service. Property was in need of a little maintenance. Stained sofa, stained carpets, temperature control didn’t work, shampoo dispenser didn’t work, some walls were very damaged.

Breakfast just OK. They charge eggs with avocado and similar. I really think that should be free. There is a bunch of air conditioner units in the courtyard, so if you take a courtyard view room be aware that sound isolation is not good and that it can get noisy. You can also hear neighbors talking.

The hotel is quite clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious. The only downside is that I didn't really like the dark decor style of the hallway. There are also many restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining. Just a heads-up, it's good to be careful when walking alone on the street.

Requested a room away from the lifts, it was the first room next to the lifts. Didn’t have the passport but had my driving licence and had to go back home to get the passport,  The room wasn’t clean and was tiny. The reception team wasn’t very friendly. Have staid at this hotel more than 10x and this was the worst experience.
