The hotel is located at the top of a steep hill, which is normal for Lisboa. Breakfast was nice but the server forgot our order twice. Also underwhelmed with amenities provided in the bathroom with only a shampoo/body wash combo soap. Bed and room were comfortable.

Wonderful staff shared some great tips on local restaurants. Outside of the hotel had a lot of construction due to development but that was beyond the control of the establishment. That will settle down.

We travelled to Lisbon for a 3 day stay, and wanted a hotel with a great location and a good price. The Vincci Baixa was everything we could have wished for. The hotel was fine. Nothing special. The location was not so good, with few restaurants and cafes around. It was nice to be on a street that was a dead end, as there wasn’t much traffic. The staff was mostly kind, but generally ignored us. Even as we were checking out, the woman interrupted us and answered two separate calls. Overall, it was decent.

This hotel offers great value for the price. The location is good, a bit outside the city center but only a 30-minute walk away. Parking in the surrounding area is paid (from 9 am to 7 pm) and limited to two hours, but it's free on Saturdays and Sundays. It is a very good boutique hotel that has everything you need. We enjoyed staying in the hotel for 3 nights during winter as the weather was really pleasant and not cold. The hotel provides a welcome drink and some Portuguese tarts which we liked and enjoyed very much. The breakfast was good as it has many varieties, hot and cold food plus fruits.

The location is perfect for this little boutique hotel, you can walk everywhere from here. The walking street in the back gets quite noisy sometimes but the window sound proofing here is not bad, unless it gets too hot in the room and you have to open the window. Despite specifically requesting a room away from the elevator when booking, we were assigned one directly opposite it. While the glass windows offered some soundproofing, the garbage truck outside was incredibly loud at night. What was most disruptive was being woken up in the middle of the night by noisy guests returning to their rooms, and then again early in the morning by people walking around...

Location is amazing, off an alley, 5 mins walk away from all the hustle and bustle. 5-10mins walking distance to the metro station. Simple buffet breakfast with nespresso provided. Room was slightly small and came with FOC Porto wine, bathroom was nice and spacious :) 20mins walk to the Alfama district. Overall a great experience here.

Lovely hotel up in the oldest part of Lisbon. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had it's own terrace with nice views.

The room has a musty smell and the location is very inconvenient. I suggest you stay on the main street. The hotel is on a steep slope. Uber is not allowed to go up there. The roads are all gravel. It is really annoying to drag a big suitcase up and down. I have never given a bad review. I really don’t recommend this place.

A lovingly restored old palace which keeps its heritage but nods to current-day comfort. The staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast is an added treat. The only thing we found is that the surrounding area is safe but a little shabby … a minor drawback. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it anyone who is looking for authentic charm with a huge splash of luxe.

This hotel makes up for everything because of its location. I was a bit worried because the facilities are quite old, but since it is a studio type, it was very convenient and nice, even for things like cooking ramen. I am definitely planning to stay here again next time!

This hotel is perfect for sightseeing, but I felt the breakfast lacked variety, especially when it came to salads. On the bright side, the shower pressure was excellent, no complaints there.

The location was good, but the hallways to the rooms were dark.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we first arrived we were booked into a very small room. But since we were staying for 4 days they changed us into a slightly larger one upon request. This made it better for 2 people and lots of luggage. The hotel is very stylish and fresh, which I think is very nice. The bathroom design is very unique, with paper towels folded into the shape of flowers. The hotel restaurant is quite average, with few breakfast options. The dinner was very cost-effective, and I didn't ask how well the tuna was cooked, so it was very tough. I liked everything else.

The service was excellent, the room was spacious, and it was very close to Liberty Avenue, and the historic center was only a 10-minute walk away. It was a great value for money. There was free candy at the front desk, and they also broadcast live football in the evenings. Overall, it was a good stay.

This hotel is really great! The room is huge, with one bedroom and a living room. Each of the two beds is about 1.2 meters wide and can be moved. The bedroom is separate, and the living room is also very spacious with a sofa and dining area. You can even cook here! The transportation is super convenient too, only about a ten-minute drive from the airport. Highly recommend!

The hotel is quite new and clean. It's very close to Liberdade Avenue, just a short walk away. Supermarkets and metro stations are also nearby. The only downside is that the kitchen only has a microwave, no induction hob, so you can only warm up food simply.

Absolutely beautiful property and perfect hotel for our honeymoon! Our driver Bruno, was fantastic and entertaining.

Very satisfied with this hotel, whether it is the room, service or breakfast. Our room is on the first floor, directly connected to the small garden, and has its own parasol and chairs.
