The hotel is located at the top of a steep hill, which is normal for Lisboa. Breakfast was nice but the server forgot our order twice. Also underwhelmed with amenities provided in the bathroom with only a shampoo/body wash combo soap. Bed and room were comfortable.

Wonderful staff shared some great tips on local restaurants. Outside of the hotel had a lot of construction due to development but that was beyond the control of the establishment. That will settle down.

A lovingly restored old palace which keeps its heritage but nods to current-day comfort. The staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast is an added treat. The only thing we found is that the surrounding area is safe but a little shabby … a minor drawback. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it anyone who is looking for authentic charm with a huge splash of luxe.

Hotel Alif Avenidas is a good choice for a short stay. The location is excellent ;about an 8-minute walk to the metro and only a 6 minute drive to Entrecampos station. The staff is super amazing and friendly.Breakfast is small but convenient. Overall, a practical and comfortable option.

Comfortable and easy access Overall Hotel was fine and was in a safe and nice part of town. It showed a bit of its age in its public areas and floors, but bed was comfortable and rooms were clean and good size. It was also very close to two subway lines including the red line direct to the airport.

The accommodation was cosy, located not far awa from the airport. Car parking was possible in the neighborhood free of charge in the night till 9am in the morning. Breakfast was great. I will come back again.

Very comfortable and clean basic bedroom within a shared apartment unit including a kitchen. Communication with property manager was excellent and he was able to arrange an early check in which was greatly appreciated after an overnight red eye flight.

Property was interesting an old convent I believe but although they mentioned no elevator to rooms they did not mention that there were over 40 steep steps straight off the street to the reception. Carrying heavy suitcases up was awful. Two of us really hurt ourselves.

It was a great experience. The hotel is located along tram No. 28🚃, at the corner of the slope. Although the neighboring hotels are very close, it felt like a part of the city at the time, which was very friendly. The hotel room is quite big and the sanitary services are good. This hotel makes up for everything because of its location. I was a bit worried because the facilities are quite old, but since it is a studio type, it was very convenient and nice, even for things like cooking ramen. I am definitely planning to stay here again next time!

The location was good, but the hallways to the rooms were dark.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we first arrived we were booked into a very small room. But since we were staying for 4 days they changed us into a slightly larger one upon request. This made it better for 2 people and lots of luggage. The hotel is very stylish and fresh, which I think is very nice. The bathroom design is very unique, with paper towels folded into the shape of flowers. This hotel is really great! The room is huge, with one bedroom and a living room. Each of the two beds is about 1.2 meters wide and can be moved. The bedroom is separate, and the living room is also very spacious with a sofa and dining area. You can even cook here! The transportation is super convenient too, only about a ten-minute drive from the airport. Highly recommend!

Very satisfied with this hotel, whether it is the room, service or breakfast. Our room is on the first floor, directly connected to the small garden, and has its own parasol and chairs.
