Location is fantastic- near to everything and everywhere. There is a very delicious bifana shop just right in front of the hotel. :) Room is super tiny. No space to keep luggage open. Bathroom floor is always wet cos shower door can’t close properly.

The hotel has an unbeatable location, convenient for sightseeing and dining. The rooms are clean and tidy, but they are on the smaller side; fine for one person, but a bit cramped for two.

Overall, a wonderful experience! We were pretty early so we checked our bags in and freshened up in the restrooms. Great relaxing location. 10 mins away from center and in a relaxed zone. The breakfast is A M A Z I N G. Rooms are also nice. Exceptionally friendly staff: nothing is too much trouble. We spent 5 nights there, were very satisfied with the service, meals and helpfulness of the staff. Big rooms with big bathrooms. Hotel offers parking fir 11€/day but it's unnecessary because there are free parking spots around hotel almost always for 1.2€/hour, and you pay from 9-20h.

I stayed at two CR7 hotels in Madrid and Lisbon. Both had excellent locations in the city center, making it easy to walk to anywhere. Both hotels offered a complimentary welcome drink from the bar next door upon check-in. I have been visited Lisbon for three times, stayed in three different hotels each trips. Neya hotel is the best one in terms of best services/cost. Noise from underground transport can be heard even on a second floor where we stayed. Otherwise I would give it a perfect 5/5 *rating. Staffs are friendly abd helpful to the best that they can. The service is very good, the receptionist is very patient! It is very close to many attractions and there are many famous check-in shops around it. The location is very convenient, as it is close to the Rossio subway station. There are restaurants and a famous nata shop nearby, so you can feel safe even late at night. The elevator broke on the day of our stay and was never fixed during the four days of our stay.

Stay in Lisbon during the blackout period, the staff at the reception were very helpful, we felt safe, we were able to charge our phones. Proximity to Campo Pequeno (with shopping and hot meals), close to the metro, train station, bus. Cleanliness OK. This must be an older, well-established hotel. I absolutely love its location. The main road outside has wide green belts and pedestrian walkways on both sides, lined with tall trees. Sitting on a bench in the shade feels wonderful, and getting around is convenient. The breakfast is authentic Western style. Lisbon truly is a city perfect for a relaxed vacation.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, right near the Jerónimos Monastery and the Monument to the Discoveries, and it's also adjacent to a popular egg tart shop. Parking is readily available right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient for drivers. The front desk service was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel breakfast included the famous egg tarts!

Across from the hotel is the Jerónimo Monastery, and bus number 728 goes directly to Alfama. Breakfast is served at 8:20 am with Portuguese egg tarts. Part of the room floor is made of wood, so the soundproofing is poor.

I stayed at this hotel to go to the Evil Live festival at Restelo Stadium. It's in a great location, and the breakfast was also very good. They offer the famous Pasteis de Belém (Belém Pastries) for breakfast. The facilities are always clean, and the beds are super comfortable. For those who want to visit the Jerónimos Monastery, the hotel is right across the street. I recommend it!

Right next to the monastery. We chose this place because it was close to the monastery where the previous group would meet. It was surprisingly close, only a minute's walk to the monastery entrance. There's a shawarma shop nearby that's very affordable. The room was clean, tidy, and very modern.
