Lisbon, Rua da Assuncao, nº75 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Location is fantastic- near to everything and everywhere.
There is a very delicious bifana shop just right in front of the hotel. :) Room is super tiny. No space to keep luggage open. Bathroom floor is always wet cos shower door can’t close properly.
The hotel has an unbeatable location, convenient for sightseeing and dining. The rooms are clean and tidy, but they are on the smaller side; fine for one person, but a bit cramped for two.
Very beautiful boutique hotel.
The room is quite small for two big luggage’s 😅
But the room is so elegant and well decorated.
The breakfast is very delicious.
Strongly recommend.
Hotel location is great, it’s close to the shopping and dining areas. And the serving of welcome drinks is appreciated. But the corridor to the hotel rooms is very dimmed, and they use manual lock which is difficult to open and inconvenient.
Great location, friendly staff, clean room and comfy bed. There’s a pork sandwich shop opposite, saw some people queuing up and decided to try - very worth it!
Location is perfect, stylish lobby and rooms, water and coffee is updated. I extended my stay

Very nice hotel in the city center of Lisbon.
Easily accessible, rooms are big clean et comfy. Shower is as hot as wanted and still got great pressure even on 9th floor.
The hotel location is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and well-designed. The bed is extremely comfortable.
However, the hotel requires significant improvement in customer service and guest management.
On the first morning, I was woken up early by loud maintenance and construction work in a neighboring room. The noise was excessive and unacceptable. I contacted reception multiple times and requested...
My stay at the NH Collection Lisboa Liberdade was absolutely amazing. The location on Avenida da Liberdade is unbeatable—perfect for walking to the best shops and historic sites.
The room was impeccable and the service throughout the hotel was top-notch. I especially want to thank the restaurant and lobby bar team for their wonderful hospitality during my meals. A very special mention goes to Paula...
Overall, a wonderful experience!
We were pretty early so we checked our bags in and freshened up in the restrooms. Then, after we checked in they provided complimentary egg tarts (delicious) and water.
The location was also great very easy to find and close to the metro.
Would highly recommend and stay here again!
The hotel is incredibly noisy. We had a suite on the 7th floor. The windows overlooked two sides, both facing the well where the hostel is located. For five days, there was drunken screaming! It was impossible to sleep, even with earplugs, because of the acoustics (the bed was very uncomfortable). The room had everything you need, and was well-cleaned. They forgot to lock the safe with the money in...
We’re only in Lisbon one night on a layover between stops on our honeymoon. We got here when a huge bus tour was also checking in so the lobby was completely swamped. Mariana was so hospitable checking us in and apologized, even though it was completely out of their control and had a smile on her face the entire time. We went up on the rooftop to kill some time since we were a bit early for our check...

It was a great stay and the room was spacious
Excellent location, close to metro stations. Excellent breakfast. Nice rooms. However, bathrooms had maintenance issues and since it was xmas break, no one was around to fix them :-(
I did not eat breakfast in the Hotel restaurant
Not the greatest hotel. Staff was very unhelpful - we asked for another blanket for two nights and got it on out last night
Great location and overall experience.
All of the above but our toilet seat was broken and their maintenance guy doesn’t work on the weekend.

Amazing place! Everything was perfect from the beginning until the end of the stay. Highly recommend staying there!
The hotel does have a few positives, the cocktails are excellent, the staff generally friendly, and the location quite convenient for exploring the city (though far from trains and metro). Unfortunately, that’s where the good ends.
Attention to detail for a high end hotel was lacking.
Finding the car park was a nightmare: it’s on a split level, two floors below the lobby, and even has a different...
Very cozy, very clean, great breakfast
If you take a taxi, make sure you check the pick-up and drop-off locations. Don't choose under the bridge. The other hotels are good in all aspects. I was given a room on a high floor. The breakfast is also good. You can sit in the rooftop bar with a good view.
love hotel design , provide toiletries complete . everything’s great
I booked a triple room on the 2nd floor. The lighting was not good because of a small window. Other than that, everything was good. The service was good. The hotel was very design-oriented and clean.

I’ve been travelling Europe for three weeks and of all the countries this was one of my favourite hotels to stay in. Great value for your money .The room is quite spacious with a cute small balcony. The only hotel during my trip that strictly enforced a 3 PM check-in. The service was okay. The location is right by Avenida da Liberdade. The Saturday market is just down the street from the hotel.
The hotel room wasn't huge, but the location was excellent, right next to Liberty Avenue, making it super convenient for getting around. The breakfast was a real highlight – a fantastic variety, with all sorts of cheeses and freshly baked pastries every day. Great value for money!
The hotel is at a quite decent location.
The hotel staff is nice. I got an early check-in with free room upgrade. Would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel
Very decent hotel. Nice breakfast and room service. Room is clean and spacious. Design is very new and modern as well.

Lisbon, Rua do Comércio 54 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Great location, walkable everywhere. The room is decent, standard size for a European hotel. Lobby has a bar and friendly staff.
I stayed at two CR7 hotels in Madrid and Lisbon. Both had excellent locations in the city center, making it easy to walk to anywhere.
Both hotels offered a complimentary welcome drink from the bar next door upon check-in.
On the day of check-in, the first receptionist was so-so, while the second, a curly-haired staff member, was very friendly and welcoming.
Back to the room, I don't understand why...
Excellent location, convenient check-in
Excellent location of the hotel
As a fan of Ronaldo for more than ten years, I must check in at any place in the world where there is a CR7 hotel. There are many autographed jerseys of the clubs he has played for, as well as the Golden Ball and Golden Boot in the lobby. The design style is light luxury and very warm. The more I stay, the more I like it and the more reluctant I am to leave. Especially the design of bedding and lighting...

I have stayed here for 2 nights in December. The location relative to the main attraction of the city is really good. Walking distance from everything. The staff were very professional and helpful.
The hotel clean, the room nice and clean. Overall i enjoyed staying with them
Uphill frim Picoa metro. Front desk guy spoke really goid English (not lost in translation)
Large waiting area to be able to relax before flight/ has strong wifi there and power outlets. Has free large lockers prior to checkin so youll know bags are secure. The only hotel during my trip that had a “disinfected” tag on my toilet bowl. I appreciate that. Aircon was strong. There was a mini fridge and...
The rooms were really okay. You get what you pay for. It's clean, the bathroom is not crammed. The staff is friendly all throughout and the breakfast is good.
The pool area however is really sub-par. It's tiny and you need to reserve a spot. I don't even think that's bad, and I understand their pick.
However, it's just simply not clean. The pool water is just dirty and I didn't feel comfortable being...
The hotel - which is located near Saldanha- is very Nice. The rooms have a refrigerator and mini safe. Within 4 minutes you have several bus stations, a continente supermarket, small Indian market and bakery. The staff is very helpful and kind. You need something? They looking forward to support you! The gym is very basic, thus you can exercise without problems. The pool needs to be reserved - but...

I have been visited Lisbon for three times, stayed in three different hotels each trips. Neya hotel is the best one in terms of best services/cost. The room is super clean and quiet, the breakfast provides multiple choices of food. The hotel reception with 24 hours service with multiple languages, English, French, and all etc., Everything is excellent !
The booking had its ups and downs. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. The staff were very kind and patient — that was the best part for me.

Very central location and great environment
The room is modern design and very clean. It is closed to the metro station with around few minutes walk. I recommend this hotel.
I liked the Czar Lisbon Hotel. There are several eateries and supermarkets near the hotel. I could stock up on water and other essential stuff.
It is also easy to hire Uber. Burger King and pharmacy is just opposite the hotel. Hotel also provided the travel adapter upon request.
Hotel has a restaurant on the same level as the reception with a wide variety of food in the menu.
The toilet is nice...
Noise from underground transport can be heard even on a second floor where we stayed. Otherwise I would give it a perfect 5/5 *rating. Staffs are friendly abd helpful to the best that they can. Breakfast buffet sane everyday and not a lot of choices but there are lots of restaurants nearby if not satisfied with the menu. 4/5

Altis Prime Hotel is outstanding. The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon, the suites are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, and the staff go above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Everything was clean, stylish, and well cared for. Truly a five-star experience—highly recommended!
Great place for families. Very spacious and close to restaurants and all main streets. Highly recommended.
Comfy and spacious room. Shower is good. Location is good.
The only defect is there is no plug for power cable on desk

The room and appliances looks old. Worse part is my room air conditioner is not working properly which it keeps turning off automatically hourly. The staff is helpful and checked but not able to solve and there is no room to exchange due to fully booked.

Great location; super convenient
The hotel was fine. Nothing special. The location was not so good, with few restaurants and cafes around. It was nice to be on a street that was a dead end, as there wasn’t much traffic. Location: The hotel has a great location, not far from the beach (within walking distance), and even closer to the Santa Justa Lift – just around the corner. Excellent location. Cozy and comfortable. A very desirable hotel in Lisbon.
The service was excellent. The facilities are good though it would be great to have gym. Food was really good.

Great hotel! Amazing location, clean room, great view of the square, fast wi-fi, great coffee, and very courteous staff! Only minor issue was that there was no power socket next to the bed and no USB charger. I also didn't have the right power adapter for Portugal, but the lady at the counter even let me borrow their universal power plug, so that problem was solved nicely. There's a great restaurant...
The staff was nice and had a cake sent to the room for my birthday . The hotel itself was average. We booked through a third party app, so we got stuck in a small room on the first floo,, the toilet didn't flush that well, and it made the room smell bad. Excellent service and attention.
I will definitely return.
The hotel boasts a fantastic location, right near the Jerónimos Monastery and the Monument to the Discoveries, and it's also adjacent to a popular egg tart shop. Parking is readily available right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient for drivers. The front desk service was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel breakfast included the famous egg tarts!
Across from the hotel is the Jerónimo Monastery, and bus number 728 goes directly to Alfama. Breakfast is served at 8:20 am with Portuguese egg tarts. Part of the room floor is made of wood, so the soundproofing is poor.
I stayed at this hotel to go to the Evil Live festival at Restelo Stadium. It's in a great location, and the breakfast was also very good. They offer the famous Pasteis de Belém (Belém Pastries) for breakfast.
The facilities are always clean, and the beds are super comfortable.
For those who want to visit the Jerónimos Monastery, the hotel is right across the street.
I recommend it!
Right next to the monastery. We chose this place because it was close to the monastery where the previous group would meet. It was surprisingly close, only a minute's walk to the monastery entrance. There's a shawarma shop nearby that's very affordable. The room was clean, tidy, and very modern.

Really good hotel. Gave us free breakfast due to a delay on getting our room cleaned. Room was nice and clean and spacious. The only issues were that it was a little cold and the shower was rly small and strangely designed. Not a fan of that.
Very beautiful room! Delicious breakfast and the ambiance is amazing. Loved the views from our room! The room was very luxe with auto curtains, sound proof rooms, modern deep green decor and high quality soaps and lotions. I would stay here a million times over! 10/10 highly recommend!
A very nice hotel, no complaints there.
The location is definitely its biggest strength.
The restaurant is very good, and the staff is very friendly.
The only downside I encountered was that the automatic blinds didn't work properly and didn't block out the light at night. Also, the bathroom door wasn't fireproof, so water easily ended up on the floor.

A perfect little boutique hotel. I had a wonderful two days in Lisbon. The location was a bit hard to find, in an alley in the Alpha district of the old town. The staff were very friendly. The hotel rooms were small but exquisitely decorated.
