A very nice hotel, no complaints there. The location is definitely its biggest strength. The restaurant is very good, and the staff is very friendly. The only downside I encountered was that the automatic blinds didn't work properly and didn't block out the light at night. Also, the bathroom door wasn't fireproof, so water easily ended up on the floor.

The other guests were mostly quiet couples, and the breakfast atmosphere was lovely. A fantastic and unique hotel with traditional decor. The service was excellent, and the rooms offered complimentary water and sparkling water. The TV suddenly turned on by itself in the middle of the night for two nights when we were sleeping. Although only the screen lit up with no picture, it was really so scary. The hotel was lovely overall. Clean and the staff was super friendly. The only down side is that the air con was controlled and by the central hub but you can communicate with the staff through WhatsApp to change the temperature and they were fast to help. We really enjoyed our stay. Room was stunning. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were even provided with a drink on arrival and a surprise bottle of bubbly and cake later that day. This property is a hidden gem and what I would truly consider “boutique”. The hotel is centrally located and had more of a neighborhood feel versus being in the heavy tourist area.
