Great location. Room was fine but beside the street so in peak season may be noisy.
Breakfast is absolutely rubbish. Waste of time paying for it. Save your money. Lovely PAUL cafe around the corner. Nice coffe and croissant and pastries.

Im sorry guys, the hotel and service are amazing, but the one most important thing about staying in hotels is its bed. I slept on a brick. Super stiff, and strange choice of pillows.

The hotel’s location is perfect and near the main attractions. The staff are friendly and the room was perfect for our needs. It’s a very short walk to Praça da Figueira and Praça do Comercio.

Great staff, excellent location, very clean.
Very convenient to include breakfast. It was delicious: fresh fruit, cheeses, eggs, ham, coffee, tea, freshly baked bread, etc. It saved us a lot of time not having to look for a place to eat in the morning.

It is a very good boutique hotel that has everything you need. We enjoyed staying in the hotel for 3 nights during winter as the weather was really pleasant and not cold. The hotel provides a welcome drink and some Portuguese tarts which we liked and enjoyed very much. The breakfast was good as it has many varieties, hot and cold food plus fruits.

Very clean room. Elevator did not reach the 5th floor and concierge got the luggage up, but forgot to schedule the for the luggage to be brought down. Can I please get a final invoice.

Small, cozy and low key with very good and efficient wait staff. Some of the staff speak good English and are very happy to assist you with the menu.
The restaurant would be classed as basic by some people, but the food and experience are well worth it.
The menu is not comprehensive, however the food we received was of a very good standard. The prices are quite low considering the quality of the food. Wine and food for 2 people was less than €30.
