The room was clean and tidy, and the layout was good.

We've travelled all over the world and stayed in more than 500 hotels, yet I’ve never had to do as much talking and explaining as I did at this one. From the moment we checked in, it was a disaster. Despite reserving a double room, we were allocated twin beds, and the hotel insisted that bed type was “subject to availability.” My attempt to explain that a pre-booked room type should be guaranteed was completely ignored.

After a back-breaking, uncomfortable sleep, we went for breakfast, only to be challenged repeatedly that we hadn’t paid for it. I explained, again and again, that my booking was breakfast inclusive, but the receptionist argued that because my reservation said “3 meals breakfast” without the word “included,” it didn’t count. It took long frustrating hours and multiple explanations before they finally admitted it was their mistake.

When we checked out, we informed the morning receptionist and, with his permission, left our car in the hotel car park for a couple of hours. Upon returning, a different receptionist insisted we hadn’t checked out and demanded extra payment for a “late checkout.” Fortunately, the morning receptionist was still there to confirm we had indeed checked out on time.

To top it off, the car park was a nightmare, narrow, steep, and chaotic. Cars got stuck on the ramp, tickets didn’t scan properly, and it was nearly impossible to drive in or out.

After paying nearly $600 for one night, this was by far the worst value and most stressful hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Altis Prime Hotel is outstanding. The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon, the suites are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, and the staff go above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Everything was clean, stylish, and well cared for. Truly a five-star experience—highly recommended!

Comfy and spacious room. Shower is good. Location is good.
The only defect is there is no plug for power cable on desk

The hotel is clean and the front desk staff is friendly. On the day of check-in, snacks were prepared in the room, which were delicious cheese and ham rolls and cinnamon rolls. Later, one day, two almond chocolates were given.

We stayed for 6 days in total. When we first arrived we were greeted by the front desk clerk with a sweetest smile, Sophia. She was very attentive and kind brought us and our belongings to our room. The check in was quick and pleasant with her help. That pretty much the only nice things about this hotel

Sophia reminded us not take long showers there are only 18L of hot water for shower. I was shocked to find out and wasn’t expected that with a 4 star hotel I found it quite difficult to accept.

The room was spacious with an open kitchen with my height 5”4 and my hubby 5”7 where we bumped our head every time when we are trying to use the kitchen sink. It was a design malfunction with the kitchen counter tucked underneath the kitchen cabinet of the same depths.

The walls are thin you can pretty much hear all your neighbours during all nights and mornings.

Few days in, it was started raining one morning We wanted to ask the front clerk lady for an umbrella. She was unfriendly and cold. She brought me an umbrella with a broken handle. She had to write down our room number and kept a charges on hold for the broken umbrella
She warned us not once but twice to bring back the umbrella if not she will charge us full on that umbrella.
It was so unpleasant who would want to keep your damn broken umbrella.

The hotel is located on a steep hillside if you choose to walk prepared for the exercise.

Once again the only nice thing I can write about this hotel is the front clerk Sophia. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemies. That sums it up.

They upgraded me for free and also gave me a small gift for children to draw. The hotel is much better than expected and the price/performance ratio is very high.

Very well prepared sushi. They also serve other Japanese food.

Good Interior and fresh food. They try hard on providing creative Japanese cuisine but what I expect was authentic Japanese taste, which they are not this style. ( I lived in Tokyo for over 3 years)

First, be warned that the opening hours listed are incorrect. The first time I visited, they said the kitchen was closed. What a disappointment since I am a tourist and spent 20 minutes to get to this place by taxi. Google has it listed as open all day until 1 am.

I did go back the next day since I'm currently living in Geneva and good sushi there doesn't exist and very expensive. The host was not very warm and friendly upon my arrival but the waitress was very nice and smiley the whole time.

I ordered 3 starters and 2 rolls and miso soup. All were delicious. The price is pretty fair for everything. I did read some reviews about how this place is expensive but I think you get what you pay for. It is a nice restaurant with many staffs and quality food. Overall, I'm very happy with this restaurant and wish I had the time to go back.

Here's what I ordered and the cost:

- 3 sashimi starters
- 2 rolls
- miso soup
- bottle of water
- espresso martini

= €60

Good sushi options in the financial district in Lisbon, a bit expensive and slow table service if you are there for lunch break at work

Good bar and some great atmosphere. Sushi was great too. Only 4 starts because the sushi wasn't quite perfectly assembled (likely a junior chef practicing on mine).

If you want to go somewhere where all you can do is either dance drink or sit down you'll like the place for sure. Music playing is usually pop remix or anything that's recent or popular enough to show up.
Keep in mind this is just my personal opinion since I am not a big fan of not being able to talk with people so someone else might give this a 5 star rating.

Late lunch with pizza and a burger. Pizza was Domino kind of quality (1 star out of five). Burger was good (4 stars out of five). Ambiance 1 out of five (TV on the wall, smoke from the smoker's area throughout the restaurant). Overall 2 out of five.

This restaurant is among other restaurants owned by well-established Portuguese chef Olivier da Costa. We went to Guilty by Oliver on the first night we arrived in Lisbon, and I am so glad we did. It is a place dominated by the youth, but not in a bad way. This eatery has a vibrant ambiance with great service. Its salads and pizza were delectable, and I really enjoyed my night out. It makes me want to try other restaurants by Olivier.

Excellent place for the younger crowd. Music from a DJ, great pizza. The bartender forgot the alcohol in my drink but in their defense, the place was noisy and my voice is not loud. Speak loud and clear to get the right order. Will definitely return if I'm in the area.

Great food. Good atmosphere. Could do without the repeated ringing of a bell (goal scored on the big screen?) and got drink order a bit wrong, but a decent place for a nice relaxed meal.
