The hotel is located in a bustling area, right next to Liberty Avenue, making it incredibly convenient for shopping. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bed is very cozy, and the toiletries are also quite tasteful. The service is excellent, and they even offer complimentary afternoon tea.

The building is old, but the rooms are spacious, and it seems like it used to be a stately hotel. The old elevator is interesting. The furniture and furnishings are mostly of good quality, with cork floors, marble sinks, and bathrooms. The front desk staff are also pleasant. Amenities include shampoo, body soap, and hand soap. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. There is a bathtub, but no water in the sink. Instead, hot water is available at a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was good considering the price. There was free water and soda in the refrigerator. There was cherry liquor, instant coffee, and tea bags. Overall, I was satisfied.

The hotel had a retro and British feel. The most unforgettable moment was when the receptionist thoughtfully chased after us to bring us umbrellas. The weather was sunny when we left that morning, and we thought it would be a fine day, but then a thunderstorm started around noon. These umbrellas saved us! We are so grateful to the considerate, gentle, and smiling receptionist—they left us with the most memorable experience in Lisbon.

The stay was a terrible experience. The bathtub drain was extremely dirty, covered in black grime, and was disgusting to use.

The hotel was fully booked that night, and the front desk staff said they couldn't change rooms and had to let me stay. This handling of the situation struck me as extremely irresponsible.

After I took photos and videos to report the issue, the hotel only gave me a room voucher for a future stay. However, since I'd already left Portugal, this compensation was completely meaningless.

Having discovered such serious hygiene issues in such a short time, I've completely lost trust in the cleanliness and management of this hotel. I will not stay here again, and I don't recommend it.

On our last night in Lisbon, I planned to stay there for a quickie, but it was surprisingly beyond my expectations!
The decor was old-school, but the facilities were well-maintained, and the bed was spotless—I didn't even use disposable sheets.
Check-in also included free admission to two museums.
The lobby staff was very helpful! 😊
The luggage storage had no time limit, which was very convenient since we had an early morning flight. After watching dolphins and visiting the monastery in the morning, we watched a late-night F1 movie and returned to the hotel just in time to grab our luggage and catch our flight.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. This is a small boutique hotel, at an excellent location. It does not have a grand lobby, but is very comfortable.
Room came with a complimentary decanter full of port, which was much appreciated
Rooms are large, full working order and generally very comfortable as well
Breakfast the next morning is a small buffet, with everything you could possible want. Excellent food quality, including freshly brewed coffee .

Service was good. But food wasn't. We ordered the fresh cod fish platter for 2 pax which was highly recommended by our server. Unfortunately, it tasted like it has already gone bad. We're not sure if this was normal in Portugal, i.e. the cod was smelly and salty. But it's definitely nothing like fresh cod we've tasted in other parts of the world including Spain and the United States. We couldn't finish our food due to the bad taste.

It was recommended by our taxi driver as a good traditional Portugese cuisine and good fish. It was indeed really good fish !! We saw some gigantic sea food dishes as well. Really big servings and real simple side vegetables, but good. The place is simple for looks. Wine expensive in my opinion. Tourists buses came in but went to the back room. Watch out the bread and pâté on the table will be charged if you eat some.

If you want to go somewhere where all you can do is either dance drink or sit down you'll like the place for sure. Music playing is usually pop remix or anything that's recent or popular enough to show up.
Keep in mind this is just my personal opinion since I am not a big fan of not being able to talk with people so someone else might give this a 5 star rating.

Late lunch with pizza and a burger. Pizza was Domino kind of quality (1 star out of five). Burger was good (4 stars out of five). Ambiance 1 out of five (TV on the wall, smoke from the smoker's area throughout the restaurant). Overall 2 out of five.

This restaurant is among other restaurants owned by well-established Portuguese chef Olivier da Costa. We went to Guilty by Oliver on the first night we arrived in Lisbon, and I am so glad we did. It is a place dominated by the youth, but not in a bad way. This eatery has a vibrant ambiance with great service. Its salads and pizza were delectable, and I really enjoyed my night out. It makes me want to try other restaurants by Olivier.

Excellent place for the younger crowd. Music from a DJ, great pizza. The bartender forgot the alcohol in my drink but in their defense, the place was noisy and my voice is not loud. Speak loud and clear to get the right order. Will definitely return if I'm in the area.

Great food. Good atmosphere. Could do without the repeated ringing of a bell (goal scored on the big screen?) and got drink order a bit wrong, but a decent place for a nice relaxed meal.

Decorated with Indian style. Nice atmosphere. The food is great with traditional Indian taste. The manager is welcoming. Staff are attentive and helpful. Prices are affordable.
