For Chinese travelers, everything was fine except for the lack of a kettle.

1. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the airport and close to the highway. 2. The hotel restaurant is very good. 3. The hotel service is excellent and the hotel is very safe. 4. The design is beautiful, incorporating local elements, and it's near the Belém Tower.

The location is far from the city, about 25 minutes by taxi. It is very close to several attractions in Belem. The hotel is quite satisfactory, with no shortcomings, and the service, facilities and environment are all OK. The cost performance is not high.

The hotel is a small luxury type, with not many rooms, and each room is large. The dining and surrounding environment are great. It's just not close to the subway 🚇 and the city center, so transportation is a little troublesome.

Excellent boutique hotel with exceptional service

The hotel is conveniently located, but the facilities are a bit old. I booked two rooms, and the door lock of one room could not be locked. The staff said that this did not affect it because it was unlocked with a key. Although the bathroom had two washbasins, the drain of one was also broken. I did not change rooms because I was too bothered. The breakfast variety was also relatively limited.

Very satisfactory hotel, except for the small room type, there is nothing wrong with it. The room is clean, small cookies are delivered every day, the reception staff is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is also exquisite and delicious semi-buffet. All that you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Spa, was very nice. Lounge open nearly all day, with piano music starting at 7:30 pm. A restaurant that I'm told by many from outside of hotel has an excellent sapling pig, I'll try it tonight. The grounds around hotel are delightful as is the charm of the hotel itself. And, of course the staff really makes the place, always friendly and helpful.

The welcome was incredible, and the service was fantastic. The rooms were spotless and incredibly quiet. But let me tell you, the highlight of my stay was the shower water pressure. It was so strong that it could strip paint! The Uber ride to the main city of Lisbon was a quick 10 minutes and only cost about 6 euros. The location is great, the room is large, and it's suitable for bringing children.

The room had a nice, relaxing atmosphere. I had requested a room with a bathtub, and had checked in advance which rooms had a bathtub, but unfortunately there were none available on the day, so I ended up with just a shower, which was disappointing. Other than that, it was very good.

The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and spotless. The staff were all superb. The terrace had amazing views and the breakfast delicious and healthy with a good choice of foods. We were delighted with our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.
