Facilities: New, has everything you need, and the bed is very comfortable.

Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.

Environment: Centrally located on Boulevard Liberty, surrounded by great restaurants and shops, close to everything, yet quiet despite being in a bustling area.

Service: All staff were very enthusiastic, gentle, attentive, and patient. This was my first time staying at a Relais & Châteaux hotel, and I was very impressed. The French retro-style decor was gorgeous, and I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

The hotel is conveniently located, but the facilities are a bit old. I booked two rooms, and the door lock of one room could not be locked. The staff said that this did not affect it because it was unlocked with a key. Although the bathroom had two washbasins, the drain of one was also broken. I did not change rooms because I was too bothered. The breakfast variety was also relatively limited.

Very satisfactory hotel, except for the small room type, there is nothing wrong with it. The room is clean, small cookies are delivered every day, the reception staff is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is also exquisite and delicious semi-buffet. The hotel environment is elegant and the location is excellent. Almost all attractions can be walked to. Highly recommended

Easy to find and check in. The staff was very attentive and helpful with tips on what to do in the area since it was my first time in Lisbon. The room was inviting and calming, very spa-like.

Overall, it's good. The hotel is very private. It's also relatively quiet and conveniently located. However, the water that was finished on the first day should be refilled with a new bottle. I called the front desk to send water, but I didn't expect to be charged a bottle of water and service fee. The main reason is that I stayed for four nights in total. Except for the first night, there was no water refill. The next three nights had free water refills, and I was not informed of the relevant fees on the first night. In addition to this problem,

Decorated with Indian style. Nice atmosphere. The food is great with traditional Indian taste. The manager is welcoming. Staff are attentive and helpful. Prices are affordable.
