I have been visited Lisbon for three times, stayed in three different hotels each trips. Neya hotel is the best one in terms of best services/cost. The room is super clean and quiet, the breakfast provides multiple choices of food. The hotel reception with 24 hours service with multiple languages, English, French, and all etc., Everything is excellent !

The booking had its ups and downs. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. The staff were very kind and patient — that was the best part for me.
We had some problems with our room on the first night, but the hotel upgraded us to a suite, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, after cleaning, some items were not refilled. That was disappointing and shouldn’t happen at this price level. I even left the empty coffee drawer open to indicate it needed refilling, but it was simply closed during cleaning and not restocked - more than once.
It’s the first time I’ve felt unsure about a hotel stay. If you’re mainly looking for friendly staff and a decent breakfast, this hotel is fine. But if you want something special or the best value for your money, you might want to look elsewhere.

Coffee was not replenished when they made the room. This hurt me in my soul. Also didn't change the bedsheets. Staff was kind.

Located in the heart of Lisbon, very close to the metro station, this hotel offers typical European 4-star facilities. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and attentive to guest experience, and there were even some fun interactions, haha! The breakfast isn't overly extravagant, but it does include standard hot items like bacon and scrambled eggs. Overall, I'd still recommend it, especially considering the attractive price.

The hotel location is at walking distance from all attractions, the staff are very friendly and the stay was pleasant..

Food is better than average but the price could be more fair at dinner. Lunch has great menus well priced

Its OK, but the food for me was below what I expect for Indian food. The onion barji was a little flavorless, as were the sauces with the popadoms. The veggie dishes were OK. I do not plan to return to this restaurant. However, it was popular and the owner was on hand to ensure you had a great experience. Perhaps my expectations are too high
