This is an amazing hotel in a perfect location.
The hotel decor is a beautiful mixture of white and pale grey. Rooms are very comfortable with a free safe, bottle of water, apples, chocolates, tea and coffee and great walk in shower.
In addition they bring round a trolley every night to ask what items you need topping up.
I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but there are loads of local cafes, coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets just minutes from the hotel.
The entrance to the Metro at Saldanha is literally outside the hotel doors. So convenient for visiting all the sites. Buy a Navigante card and you can top up amounts so you can use it as zapping. It is also located on the red Metro route directly from outside T1 arrivals and takes around 20 minutes.

Did not satisfy my expectations, especially the staff. Customers services not existent.

This was my second stay at Hotel White Lisboa, and once again it exceeded expectations. The staff is truly exceptional, warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. One of the hotel’s biggest conveniences is its unbeatable location, with an underground metro station just steps from the front entrance. Downtown Lisbon is also easily accessible, with an Uber ride taking about 10 minutes. A comfortable, well-situated hotel with outstanding service.

Beautiful hotel with a great location and lovely decor, but unfortunately the beds are in desperate need of replacement. For me, a comfortable bed is the main reason to stay at a hotel, and these were uncomfortably firm and worn out, which really affected the overall experience. Everything else was excellent, though!

Hotel is conveniently loacated next to Metro station and the room is clean and quiet. One minor thing is water is draining a bit slow during shower. You may want to lift the drain cover to avoid water spilling outside the shower stall. Overall the hotel is good.

Next to metro station, easy walk to shops and restaurants, good sized bathroom, pool area is small and pool is cold. Would definitely stay again.

Above average for the price you pay. You would obviously not expect to find the best sushi in town here, but it is pretty decent. I also like the fact they cook everything in the moment and it's not a buffet-style place.

It's an affordable "all you can eat", but at this point is not much more than that. Me and my friends are "pros" when it comes to order in this kind of restaurants, but here they often forget part of our orders (making us unsure whether we need to order again). Lately they introduced a policy of limited number of desert orders (only 2 per person), which doesn't fit very well in the concept of "all you can eat". I'm not a sushi fan myself (I go there for the other meat dishes), but my friends say that the quality of the sushi has been decreasing. All in all, you might want to try other options nearby.
