Exceptionally friendly staff: nothing is too much trouble. We loved this hotel, for the location, the decor, relaxed ambiance, great views from our room and from the roof terrace, very easy underground parking, and also the breakfast was amazing.
The standard room was comfortable and functional. The bathroom could use some small improvements but it was adequate.

We arrived way past midnight after having missed our flight and rescheduling for the next day. Our reservation has been cancelled though I wrote to the hotel that we are due to arrive a day late but wanted to keep the reservation. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, they just booked a similar room without even charging us for the first night, that we actually missed. The room was clean, comfortable and cosy. Firm mattress on the bed and a fluffy cover made a very good night rest after quite stressful travelling. The location is on a busy street with cafes, so plenty opportunities to grab a bite. The room has excellent sound insulation, so that you don’t hear much of the hustle down in the street. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and will come back gladly any time.

Clean and modern hotel close to metro stop with lots of great local (not tourist) eating options close by. Secure parking under the hotel, very limited parking options otherwise.

The hotel was in a decent location and clean :) The staff were super helpful and pleasant. On a side note, I want to share that I had difficulty finding accommodations in Lisbon and was surprised how expensive hotels were in general. A lot of the more affordable options had reviews citing bed bugs and that was not acceptable for me. I am glad I found Hotel 3K Europa as it was clean more affordable than most other hotels, but I must say it was pretty pricy for the location and size of the room.

Hotel offers parking fir 11€/day but it's unnecessary because there are free parking spots around hotel almost always for 1.2€/hour, and you pay from 9-20h.

We stayed at Hotel 3K Europa for two nights and overall had a good experience. At 100 euros per night, it is not exactly cheap, but the value for money felt fair. The hotel is clean and the room was very nice.
The location is decent. It is not right in the city center, but still well connected. What stood out most was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone we met, from the cleaning lady to the reception and breakfast team, was very kind and welcoming.
Breakfast was included. It was tasty, but it was the same both mornings and lacked healthy warm options. Still, we enjoyed it.
There is also a small gym, which we tried. It is simple but a nice extra to have.

I recently stayed at 3K Europa Hotel in Lisbon and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
The front desk staff were not welcoming at all and, at times, even rude. I arrived at the hotel at 12 PM and was told (quite rudely) that I would have to wait until the official check-in time. While I waited in the lobby, I could clearly hear the receptionists speaking loudly, making fun of and mocking other guests. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and unpleasant.
To make things worse, my room was not properly cleaned. The bathtub was visibly dirty, which made it impossible to use. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and hospitality.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The staff are not friendly and do not offer assistance to any needs we asked them. I appreciate them sharing some baked goods in the reception probably left over from the breakfast buffet but it would be good to cover it to avoid bacteria. We leave in the morning and come home in the afternoon or at night it is still there sitting.

Excellent!
Beautiful hotel, nothing to complain about. Nice and clean, friendly staff and perfect location, just minutes by taxi from the historic city center. Also the entrance to the underground parking garage was wider than most other hotels so I had no problems parking my van.
