The location is great, it is walking distance to a lot of sites. The room is clean and cozy. The only downside is that you can hear the buses and cars on the street, if you are a light sleeper this may affect you, but generally I had a good stay at my story hotel Tejo.

Cute hotel in the very good location, just some steps from everything in Lisbon city centre.

Breakfast is nice and room is very unusual, we stayed in the attic on the 5th floor

Staff were amazing! From the front desk, to the restaurant staff. They were very warm & nice.
I give 4 stars for cleanliness due to the fridge. Saw a couple of people’s hair in it that turned me off & felt funny using their fridge. Other than that, we had an amazing stay & would recommend this hotel!

Everything is close by including plaza de comercio, rossio, george castle & the lift just to name a few.
You can take 15E tram which is a stone’s throw away from the hotel to get to Belem District (Belem Tower & Jeronimo Monastery) if uber is not an option for you. We did uber going there & tried their tram going back.

Lots of great restaurants that are walkable as well. Do not go to the grocery store by the hotel (Jin & Linda) everything is overpriced. Go to the nearby grocery store Continente Bom Dia. Facing the front of the hotel, go east then north. Its like a 2 minute walk.

The people at the reception desk were all super friendly. The hotel was really well located, close to restaurants, with a little market nearby. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel's location is great, close to public transport, including the metro and the famous Tram 28, and also near major attractions. It was very clean, my only complaint was the lack of disposable slippers, but everything else was excellent. The service was very thoughtful; we were originally scheduled to check in at 3 PM, but when we wanted to drop off our bags in the morning, they allowed us to check into our room immediately.

Room was at a different building, had to take super small elevator twice to get to the room 😂

Small, cozy and low key with very good and efficient wait staff. Some of the staff speak good English and are very happy to assist you with the menu.

The restaurant would be classed as basic by some people, but the food and experience are well worth it.

The menu is not comprehensive, however the food we received was of a very good standard. The prices are quite low considering the quality of the food. Wine and food for 2 people was less than €30.

Decent food. Service could be improved... We ordered a 2nd bottle of wine, it took a long time for it to be brought to our table. By that time dinner was over and we cancelled the order, yet the server still insisted that we should pay for it despite the fact the bottle had not been opened yet. We did not pay for it in the end, but it was annoying. Bathroom needs an extreme makeover and some serious cleaning.

I just love this place, delicious, affordable food, lovely staff, nice ambient, what's there not to love? Plenty of choices too, great for vegans!

45 minute wait. Another hour wait for two salads. My salad consisted of mixed greens, deli turkey slices and mass produced vinaigrette. The other "entree" was a slice of bread with pre-frozen shrimp that were supposedly marinated topped with cherry tomatoes and red onions. There was one gentleman working who made the whole experience worth while, he offered us another seat because we were sat next to smokers and checked on us a few times. Waited another 15 minutes for the bill that never came and waited at the counter for an additional 5 minutes to pay. I really hope that this was just a bad day because in my 2 months being in Europe, this was by far the WORST food I have eaten.
