Excellent location and clean- staff in the dinning area were a bit aloof and service slow- other than that I would recommend the hotel for short stays

Conveniently located near metro station with ＜ 10 mins walk with several restaurants nearby.
The room is clean and comfortable with big wardrobe. Breakfast is wide spread too.
When the hotel staff told me that I can box out the breakfast due to early morning checkout, I was delighted with the service. They took record of our room number and check out date / time. However, during check out, the breakfast was prepared and the staff said that it was not in their record. It was disappointing 😔

The hotel was affordable and good quality and it was situated very well within walking distance of a metro station. The room was confortable however the bathroom was very tight and the walls thin as paper. Breakfast was very good and tasty with a large selection of different options. The service could definitely have been better but we did appreciate immensly the early check-in and late check-out which were made possible to us.

Nice and friendly hotel. Modern amenities. Breakfast somewhat limited in choice, orange squash isn’t really acceptable for such a 4 star hotel but it appears to be a common thing in Portugal.

Excelent hotel. Quiet, good service, friendly personnel. Very close to El corte Inglés mall. Close to San Sebastian metro. Great breakfast. I discovered the pancake machine the last day ;(. Great quality. Recommended.

The hotel is located close to the metro station.The room was quite spacious and very clean. The breakfast is ok, not having lots of variety but definitely you will nie be hungry after.

Good position, clean, decent breakfast. Walls are kind of thin indeed, so some conversations you will hear. Not a massive dealbreaker in my opinion.

The hotel is a slightly outside of the city Center but good breakfast.

Very clean hotel. Especially bathroom. Needs to take a metro to go to city center but not so far. Breakfast selections are also nice.

EATING SMELLING CIGARETTES, IN A CLOSED ROOM WITH POOR VENTILATION
It's a place where you can eat and smell your neighbor TABACCO cigarettes. It's really very anointing because everyone can smoke, BUT the ventilation is not good! Food it's good, if you like to eat smelling cigarettes!
I've to confess that I'm a smoker, but I really don't understand why any one have to smell my cigarettes.

Great place, great service, good food and great daily selection of fresh fish and crustaceans. Owners Pereira and Dionisio are great guys and run the place smoothly.
Newcomers might find the place a bit claustrophobic due to a lack of windows.
