WC by The Beautique Hotels in Lisbon

The facilities and breakfast is average. Lots of mirrors everywhere. Most staffs quite courtious and helpful except for 1 reception on 1st and 4rd day.
The AC controller in the room cannot be control if too hot or too cold by guest. You have to contact the reception to make necessary adjustment if too cold or hot.
I have to go down reception to adjust it on day 1 since room phone faulty. She raise the temperature to 23 but it is still very cold and she and technician came but could not resolve it. I came back late on 1st day and still not resolve. I got sick and got a flu that night.
I went down next morning to highlight the issue since I still have 3 more night to stay. Another reception (man) take immediate action and the issue resolve when I got back later in the day. But I can see the sour face and unhappiness in the previous reception face since she was around also.
Came 4th day the AC is ice cold again. I call again and was adjusted up but still very cold. I am tired and found out the only way to shut the AC is to open the window. I call the next morning and the same reception ask if I want to shut the AC. I ask how can I do that myself since a reply from WhatsApp message I can turn off myself. She is not listening but instead telling me not to be rude. I could have raise my tone a bit since she do not listen to what I ask. Then I said it's ok since I am going for breakfast and leaving today. Please ask them to review back on recording if I am rude or she's rude by this remark.
It's not cheap rate I am paying with breakfast for 4 nights stay.

The room was fantastic, I really loved it. The location was convenient and quick, the cleanliness was excellent, and the service was attentive.

Facilities: Very new, good air conditioning, warm, and a great environment.

Everything was perfect! This hotel is super, stylish, and well-maintained. Plus, it's located close to the city center and the metro. You really have to see it in person!

The hotel was lovely overall. Clean and the staff was super friendly. The only down side is that the air con was controlled and by the central hub but you can communicate with the staff through WhatsApp to change the temperature and they were fast to help. The location is so close to the metro entrance, like 20 metres but the area is not at the nicest part of Lisbon

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is surprisingly good with a very reasonable price. Location is good. Rooms face street but the noise is not bad after midnight when the traffic is minimal.

Excellent location, the Bica tram view from the room is really nice! Great breakfast too, lots of variety and excellent service.

Clean hotel, staff were nice and friendly. Very nice view of the trams from the room. Room and bathroom were spacious. Right next to a metro station, also walkable to the main attractions if you’re fit.

Convenient location. Right next to metro station and many bus stops .. Numerous restaurants and shops nearby.

Hotel is quite clean but room is small. There is coffee machine but don't know how to operate! No water kettle is available.
