The breakfast is not very good, not a particularly cheap hotel, but the location is very good

The location was great, and I was able to walk everywhere, so it was convenient to be able to return to the hotel once during the day.
I stayed in the attic room, and the shared bathroom was carefully cleaned, so I didn't feel uncomfortable. The breakfast was also delicious, so it's great value for money and I highly recommend it.
You can also borrow a hair dryer at the front desk, and the staff were very friendly. I'd love to visit again.

Simple facilities, great location

The hotel is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from Porto São Bento Station. However, the music playing outside at night in the downtown area is extremely loud, making it a terrible environment. I appreciated the simple breakfast included, but the guests' low standards, such as some guests taking the salt bottle without returning it, were extremely unpleasant. Breakfast also starts at 8:00 AM, which is too late, so I missed it several days. This is also a very disappointing aspect of the service. The elevator is also slow and very shaky, and the stairs are full of gaps. For these reasons, I rate the service and facilities as the lowest possible.

The location is good, right next to Livraria Lello, and the interior is quite clean and hygienic, with enough space for one person. However, there is no hairdryer in the room, and there is a bar street downstairs, which can be quite noisy at night (earplugs are not very useful).

The accommodation is very good value for money and the location is excellent.

We went to Porto, spent two days in this place, the staff was very polite and friendly. Initially we had a problem with the room due to the bad smell of sewage, when we informed the team they requested a room change. The price is fair for what is offered. The place is close to most tourist attractions. We do not recommend the hotel's breakfast, it is simple and for similar prices you can eat in places close to the hotel.
