Shocking customer service. Our event was cancelled and we let the hotel know the morning of our stay thay we wouldn’t be there. They had rooms available this night too so they weren’t turning business away to accommodate our booking - that’s important here for context. Whilst we appreciate there is a cancellation policy we asked if they could accommodate a date change as they were essentially getting money for nothing. It was dismissed and they provided flowery language about understanding our situation but would’ve even entertain the thought of being flexible. Reality is we would have extended our stay if they accommodated us and would’ve given rave reviews online for how flexible and good they were, but it’s quite the opposite.

We had a great room, beds and pillows were good. We had a very decent closet to hang our clothes in, all very clean and super friendly and helpful staff. Reservations department very kind helping us. Thank you to all of you! We will be staying here again, for sure! Actually, just booked for next year ☺️

Our group of six people had a wonderful stay for 2 nights at the charming Georgian style Harrington Hall Hotel on Harcourt St, Dublin. On our arrival. We we're greeted early morning by smiling hotel receptionist, Stewart . Check in was not until 4pm. However, Stewart took care of storing all our luggage. He could tell we were all a little tired and proceeded to direct us to a very comfortable room off the reception area. The was very spacious with large couches and comfy chairs. He made sure we we're all comfortable before leaving us. Our rooms we're a little on the small side. But the we're spotless clean with a very comfortable bed. You can't beat the location. Close to Saint Stephen's Green and Grafton St shopping area offering abundant Pubs and restaurants. My congratulations to the management and staff at this wonderful hotel. Keep up the good work and excellent hospitality and service 👏👍

The only positive about this place is its location. We booked a room with two beds but were given one with just a double. The room was extremely small, poorly ventilated, and furnished with old, worn-out pieces. The bathroom had a strange smell, and the toilet flush didn’t work. On top of that, the front desk staff were extremely rude and showed little sense of hospitality.

Great value for money. The room and hotel were spotless. Great location with luas line nearby. Expect it to be a little noisy at the weekend as near all clubs on Harcourt Street.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Very much a party area but the rooms were at the back of the hotel so did not hear a thing. It was great that everything was within a walking distance from the hotel. The staff were very friendly.

Amazing staff, a website overbook the hotel so I got a ungrade. Amazing room :)

Lovely hotel. Do bring earplugs as the street noise is a bit much. If you need them, they are available at reception.

It was really hot and we had a tiny room on the top floor. It was a horrible night's rest. And when they moved my car in the group parking for a high priced car they left it unlocked.

Quite dated looking decor, and room doors don’t lock automatically behind you - ensure you lock with the key or thumb-lock depending on which side of the door you’re on, otherwise your room is left open! Cleanliness was fine and staff were very friendly. A good option near the city-centre, but is on quite a rowdy street (our room was opposite a loud bar) which could be a bit annoying at times.

Room was great, breakfast was good but unfortunately not included with the stay. But besides that everything else was amazing.

We ran into this place by chance and took a seat in their botanical garden bar area. Great feel and amazing drinks! Bartender is a real gem. I loved the golden eclipse!!

We booked a table for 12 in December to celebrate the company Christmas Party.
Starters were not as good as expected, as they did share fried stuff platters. Have said this, main courses were beautiful. Everyone enjoyed their mains and the overall price wasn't too bad.
We moved then to the bar on the first floor where the disco is. Great fun and all in one venue. I would recommend this place specially for groups +5

Newly reopened with an amazing new good and cocktail menu, and amazing staff that know how to mix! I highly recommend.
