Clean, affordable and a great location in the city centre.

The bartenders were excellent! The room was nice only down fall was no AC so when I would open the window there was a lot of noise from the street. Both nights some alarm was going off at a business next door. Don’t think the breakfast is worth it. I ended up eating at the restaurant they have and was cheaper and better food. (Buffet doesn’t have pancakes but it’s on the restaurant menu)

Room was small but comfortable. I wish the bathroom was a little bigger, but we just needed a place to sleep and shower. Staff was excellent. The hotel is located in a perfect place near all the good stuff.

This hotel was honestly amazing. The rooms were compact, clean, and very comfortable. The windows were doubled up so it was quieter considering the busy street. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby environment was so lovely and festive. Easy access to local spots and good pubs/eateries. I would stay here again in a second.

Great hotel, second time staying there and it was an enjoyable experience. Location and presentation of the hotel is second to none.

Lovely convenient hotel in the centre of everything. I needed transport links for business and it was an easy walk to find the right buses. Lobby seating area/ bar is a lovely cosy place.
Room was lovely, bed was comfy but with the enormous bathroom only heated with a towel rail, I found it chilly.
Some of the rooms need you to go up and down several short staircases from the lift and whilst not an issue for me, it could catch out someone who struggles with stairs.

Really comfortable hotel, convenient with an excellent breakfast, one of the best in Dublin imho.

Perfect location short walk to everything! Lots of stairs for any large luggage but well worth the nice clean sleek rooms

Cannot fault the hotel one bit. Central location (yet surprisingly quiet). Staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Food (we had dinner and breakfast) was wonderful. Next time we visit Dublin we will be stopping there. 10/10.

The food was excellent (with a small exception with the side salad, which was disappointing). The steak was especially delicious. Service was very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, I found the atmosphere a little "sterile". Wanted to be seated downstairs, but that was full. I think it is much nicer and cozy down there. The upstairs dining area was a bit too formal and not very fun (after all, you should be having fun in Dublin!). A minus point for the bathrooms. VERY DIRTY and it seemed they weren't cleaned for days. If you have a nice restaurant, don't forget the washrooms.

La Caverna is a cosy restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's also well priced being quite reasonable.
However the food is not traditional Italian. The menu is more like a standard Irish restaurant serving some pasta and pizza. If you have been in a traditional Italian restaurant you could not confuse it with La Caverna. The food was very average. The calzone I had was over filled mess of ingredients, which was then covered in tomato sauce and more cheese. The starters were the usual Irish starters (chicken wings, spring rolls,(!) goats cheese in pastry etc), the minestrone soup was ok but over seasoned. I was surprised it was rated so highly here. It probably deserves a 2.5 but I can't give that and it's not a 3.

I brought my boyfriend abroad for his first time and on his birthday and started communicating with Monika at La Caverna months before my arrival. Not only did she go above and beyond to make custom requests for me to make his and my night special but the food and our waiter waiter Lucas were outstanding! We will absolutely be returning here again!

Good restaurant and bar with comfortable seating. An old bank, the decor is grand. Came here 8pm on a Sunday night and was lucky to get a table.

Casual venue with beautiful architectural details, conveniently located in the city centre and easily accessed by all means of transportation.
Food and desserts are quite good but could improve. This place is definitely recommended for drinks with friends or watching sports.
