We stayed for two nights at the Shelbourne to attend a family wedding. A much more expensive and extravagant stay than we would usually go for, but worth every penny. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and given that the wedding was at the hotel the entire weekend was made much more convenient for us by staying here.

The rooms and services are good, as is the restaurant. The sound insulation is not very good, the floor will make noise when stepped on, which will affect your sleep.

I celebrated my birthday at fire restaurant last week. From the moment we walked in, it was beautiful. The restaurant is so big and spacious. The staff are excellent. They couldn't do enough for us. The food is divine. Everyone at my party enjoyed everything about the evening. After we had our food. We went downstairs to the bar. Which was cosy and very intimate. The bar staff were so lovely. I would recommend this restaurant. I love food and going to different restaurants. This is one of my top restaurant by far. A big thank you to the staff for making my birthday extra special ?? We will see you again soon ??

Was here for a Christmas party a few weeks ago. Fantastic food, very welcoming and friendly staff. Also, very careful about food allergies. The waiter serving us was able to tell me exactly what I could and couldn't eat.

Very nice place. We started off with a glass of wine at the lounge which had a really good atmosphere. The restaurant part is much more spacious and lively than expected. Food was very tasty. The rib eye steak in particular was superb and cooked well. The waitress on the night wasn't great but overall a very pleasant experience.

Great atmosphere, good place to bring strangers or visitors for the wow factor. La Roca is the red wine to choose, also one of the cheapest too! Good was excellent and I felt good value for money

Chose fire for our first wedding anniversary and really couldn't have been happier with it. The food, setting and staff were fantastic. The location of the restaurant is also amazing and will only get more attractive when the Luas line extension opens in early December 2017 which brings the light rail system right past the front door. We're already looking forward to next years anniversary!!

Since I, couple of friends and my partner came in Dublin have been celebrating NYE in this place every single year. Nice cocktails, friendly staff, good parties! The music wasn't that great the previous years but this NYE was amazing. Everything at the same place. Good music + good drinks = perfect party. Enjoy!

Calm and familiar during week days, crowded and buzzing during weekend nights and seasonal events. Great central location with bus stop and cabs around. Parking is not far away either. Bar staff are very friendly, toilets are clean and food (hot and cold) is very good. They have photo machines available for the occasional party photo stripes and even a disposable mobile phone charger vending machine.

If you're not a party animal try a cake and coffee in the afternoon and soak in the amazing interior.

A very fancy room, which lives up to its French premise. Huge mirrors, art deco furnishings... I'd had a drink when I came, so it may look different in the day, but I was really lovely to be sat among everything here with a couple of pints in me. Good drink and a gorgeous big room.

This is one of my favourite bars in Dublin. Firstly the place is enormous. If you are planning to meet someone here, make sure they tell you where in the bar they will be. Otherwise you could end up walking around for a long time trying to find them. Yet in spite of its size, it still has a great atmosphere. There are plenty of bars dotted about the place, and even when it gets busy (and it does get busy later in the evening ), service is still pretty good. They also do food, and pretty decent party platters. Being here for me is like being part of a huge multi-plotted play. There are groups here from all over the country and the world. English is not the only language you will hear. If you like to people watch (I certainly do), this is the place for you. Finally, it opens until some ungodly hour (4am I think). Enjoy!
