If you find hotels in Singapore too expensive but don't want to compromise on comfort, this is a great alternative!

Remember to push the plug up to get hot water. The room is quite spacious, so it doesn't feel cramped at all, and there's a desk perfect for business travelers.

Considering the price, it's really good value.

The hotel lobby is aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable. The room is equipped with a mini fridge, and two bottles of mineral water were provided. An iron is available upon request, which is convenient.

However, one of the male front desk staff appeared overly strict and somewhat unwelcoming. There was also a misunderstanding where he assumed we were attempting to sneak in an additional guest, which was not the case.

Unfortunately, the room had a strong unpleasant odour, resembling urine. The blanket provided was very thin, making it uncomfortably cold when the air-conditioning was on. As we entered the room area, the smell became more intense, possibly from the floor mats. The window was extremely dusty and grimy, indicating that it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Additionally, the bathroom did not have a bidet, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

Everything was as described. Everything was clean and the comunication was really good. I definitely recommend it.

The location is good. But the mattress is terrible. When sleeping or when our body is turning. There is spring sound from the mattress. Using so long but fo not want to change the mattrress. And also the mattrress make our body itch. This is a bad experience to us. And the amenities all very old. Tv also spoil. Can not see. I think hotel 81 is better than this hotel. I hope the hotel management need to upgrade the renovation of the hotel.

Nothing fancy about this hotel so if you don't mind staying at a old hotel then is still a reasonable choice with their price and location.

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the subway station, and there are plenty of options for food, drinks, and shopping nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and it even had a mini-fridge for cold drinks. The internet speed was fast too.

Great that it’s 24/7! Seating is only outside on sidewalk. Staff was very friendly but because we are foreigners, they kept pushing us to order the egg tarts that do not look fresh at 9 pm. The beancurd was pretty good hot or cold. Not sweet like other places. Grassjelly was sweet but still good. The rice balls in hot beancurd was not that soft but overall is a good place to go for traditional beancurd.

opportunistically got a drink and curd takeaway as i was passing by , curd was hard and a tad sour. very disappointed, will not visit again.

First rated bean curd and 油条。

Parking is a nightmare, shop is extremely hot. Easily 5 deg hotter than outside. It is amazing this simple comfort aspect not looked into.

The counter staff and servers are trained only in scoping the bean curd, putting the pastries on paper and tray, and finally collect the money quickly from the customers.

All the refinements required for customer service are missing, a typical feature found in an establishment some 50 years ago.

Fresh bean curd. Pudding type is also nice. I like honey pearl bean curd(hot). And egg tart is very crispy! Worth trying them.
