big room, ok service the suite was nice and spacious, but the furniture was a bit worn and could use remodeling. Staff was ok, not the most friendly people, especially at breakfast, but all went well. breakfast itself is a bit modest: not many sweet options, no almond/soy/oat milk options, eggs were often cold.

I could not say any bad word about this hotel. Very clean rooms and good people on reception. Quality breakfast and the most important thing is free parking below the hotel. Only one comment: After you make reservation, they inform you that there could be an event that may cause some noise. I experienced one of them but did not disturbed me on 3rd floor.

It's perfect. It's close to attractions and the subway station. The airport is a 20-minute taxi ride away, and the bus takes over 40 minutes, including the wait time. It's much larger than your average European hotel.

Capital Plaza is the hotel in Bucharest where I like to return. It is located conveniently close to public transport, it offers quality services and the staff are professional, efficient and friendly. The food is excellent both at breakfast and in the restaurant; the rooms offer all the comfort, are clean and provide for all your needs. Try it!

Very comfortable hotel but location is not the best if you are on foot. Room was a decent size. Breakfast was good, but they were slow to replenish some items when they ran out. If you arrive late evening there is no food available. I had to order out for a delivery, which obviously took a while.

The hotel is in the heart of NOISE. Our room was overlooking the nice park and I paid for the nice view of the park and for central location. I was traveling on business, so the Hotel location was one of the reasons I picked Hotel Ambasador. You can also get easier to great places for dinner in a 10/15 minutes walking. The common areas cleaning may have been what I experienced as not so good, considering its a 4* Hotel. The room was good, comfortable enough and the personal was quite friendly and enjoyable.

Hello , I spent two nights in this hotel, it was very warm, not noisy, the room was in good condition. The only negative is that the hotel is empty, I was alone and it was a little scary. And I constantly had to go down from the 8th floor back to the reception because my key card didn’t work. If you need an iron or a toothbrush with toothpaste, ask at the reception. Great value hotel centrally located in Bucharest. Maximum 15-20 min walk to the old town and nightlife areas. Clean rooms with TV, fridge, small balcony, good shower and helpful staff, supermarket across the road. Breakfast is basic but enough to keep you full until the afternoon. Was upgraded to a lovely suite with living room area. Even though this hotel is titled as Unirii Square it is still a fair walk away and most of the Square was closed for renovations. The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation and parking at the door. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. It is not luxurious but has a high cost performance. The breakfast is also good, and the menu changes a little every day.

There was no water in the room, so you had to buy it yourself. There's a gym on the second floor, so it's best to bring your own water. The water in the water dispenser wasn't replaced. There was also a power outage in the morning, which didn't come back on for two or three hours.

The rooms are quite big. It was very clean. Location is ok but far from the old town.

Was dreading going here from the reviews I’d read but honestly had a lovely stay. We had the deluxe suit and thought it was lovely the staff went above and beyond with everything. For what I paid and considering it’s România I really believe the hotel was worth the money only thing is I’d recommend they did English food as an option especially on breakfast.

It is not a 4 star that's clear ! Spa they said is under maintenance..i dont rhink but anyway ...breakfast a la carte ...the restaurant is only open for breakfast not other moment in the day . Is not like the phoenicia quality that we expected. The heating sistem does nor work in some rooms we had to change the room and finally still used an electric heater ( that also affecter the electricity )

In a perfect location walkable to Metro station , staff are super friendly. Breakfast are all same everyday but tasty. One thing that can be better is the unstable water pressure. I’m lucky to occupy a parking it seems vacancy for car park is so limited.

Well located, close to the main sights of Bucharest.  The room was clean and the concierge was professional but the room was a tad small and too hot to my taste (though this was an issue for me in other hotels in Romania as well).

There are restaurants and attractions nearby, all within walking distance. The room was spacious and provided slippers, which was great. The mini bar items were also very affordable. Everything went absolutely wonderful. Especially considering that administration upgraded my room for free. The bar on base floor includes great selection of spirits. Additionally, we had a well-done breakfast.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Bucharest and still I could find parking space for my rental car nearby the hotel at all times. Rooms are clean, spacious enough and breakfast was on the better side of the average.

We must thank the reception for helping us. After one night in the hotel we moved because the loudness from the outside. They were very kind not to charge us for the rest of the time. The hotel is in the middle of the old town and outside is very loud all night long. But for jung it is very good. The breakfast is exelent.

This hotel is very central to many bars & restaurants - so expect noise and a lot going on just outside the entrance area. Room was fairly basic but nice and clean but we were in a loft room and the noise from the bars was so loud until early hours in the morning I barely slept. New Era Hotel is a clean and cozy hotel in the heart of downtown. Breakfast is good but can be much better as they name themselves a 4 star hotel. The only negative item in this hotel in my point of view was that they put two bottles of water for the first day, and did not recharge them for the other days which was strange for a 4 star hotel in fact.

While the room is modern and very nice, the hallways and room are stifling hot, seriously comparable to a sauna with no windows open at all. Once we got the air-conditioning going it cooled down a bit, but even the drinks in the fridge weren't cold after 24 hours. Breakfast was good but the staff overseeing it weren't friendly.
