+ Location is excellent. St. Isaac Cathedral, Nevsky Avenue and Hermitage Museum are within 5-10 min walking distance. Staff is very attentive and helpful. I found the hotel highly hygienic which is important for me and my family.
- I loved the omelette station about the breakfast buffet :) Apart from that, the breakfast buffet can be improved a bit more. I’d like to see more cheese options etc.

+ The front office checkin n checkout was excellent.
- The Restraurant should have some more vegetarian main courses, globally lots of people are becoming vegetarian.

Excellent value for money and quality. Good location, excellent staff. All attributes of a five-star are present. What could be better: breakfasts are almost the same every morning and poor, bad smell on the floor, poorly maintained sauna.
