The hotel is located in a very convenient location within walking distance from the Vasileostrovskaya and Sportivnaya metro stations. There are a lot of Dixie Pyaterochka stores around. Their disadvantages. The room I booked had no air conditioning. There was an unpleasant smell of sewage from the toilet.

Location was perfect for travelers with large luggage coming from Moscow on Sapsan. You can directly come to the hotel and check-in, leaving your luggage and save a lot of time for wandering around St. Petersburg.

I was there several times: the position is in the very center of the town, near transport and lots of touristic spots. Near Nevsky Prospekt, but the road outside is not very busy. Nice rooms and staff, good breakfast. I think I can advice this hotel for people visiting Petersburg.

Good value for money. Great location No elevator but the staff helped me with my bag. My room was spacious and very clean and fresh. I skipped the breakfast as it was not a good quality but you can easily get very nice breakfast in short walk from the hotel.
