Absolutely fantastic! Great location, just 3 minutes from the metro, right next to Nevsky Prospekt, the main thoroughfare. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly. I would definitely go again. However, be careful when getting up at night with the glass door; it's easy to bump into it. It's best to open the door further inwards to avoid this.

The service was excellent, the hotel was very clean, and the luggage storage, drinking water, and room facilities were all superb. Hotel with 24-hour reception. The room is ok, but nothing fancy. When booking, the photo was much more interesting than the one they gave. Not far from the Mariinsky Theatre. The metro is quite far. The double bed turned out to be two single beds pushed together. It's fine for one night. The windows face the courtyard, so it's quite quiet.

A novice and dishonest business that I would definitely not recommend. First of all, when I arrived at the hotel to check in, they tried to give me a different room other than the one I had booked. Wonderful hotel in the city center! Excellent location, spacious rooms with good soundproofing, comfortable bed. The room has everything you need. The hotel has a gourmet restaurant "Stackenschneider". We only had breakfast and dinner here. Highly recommend!
